I went on a business trip to Vegas and 16 of my compatriots went to a dinner to Mon Ami Gabi. In this case what happens in Vegas should not stay in Vegas. The food and the atmosphere was great. Besides my own steak with roquefort sause I had a chance to sample my friends meals as well. Deliscious French onion soup- a rich broth (not too salty as is often the case) with lots of oowey-goowey cheese. i also had a delicious country pate with counishons a real milled mustard served Parisienne style on brown paper with all the usual acoutrements. My companion let me sample his sauted brussel sprounts the melted in my mouth. The other steaks and sauces were equally delicious and cooked just right to appreciated the aged beef flavor.
