“Great show”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 14, 2013

A thoroughly entertaining show and some super 80's music even though I'm more a 70's person myself. The show was fun with good characters but I didn't give it 5 stars as I found some of the dialogue difficult to hear, especially during the first 20 minutes.

“Awesome Rocking night out!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 14, 2013

Saw this on the eve of my partner's 40th birthday on our Birthday week in Vegas....was very excited and was not dissapointed. You are going to see a musical based around Rock music in the 80's, so surprise surprise, its loud, a little crude (no idea where the pornographic comment comes from on a recent review, must have been at Peepshow instead), and amazing good fun. We had fab seats, cost about £60 from Viator before we went I think. Bought 2 refillable Rock of Ages drink cups (with a little Vodka in), for $40, sat back and enjoyed the show. Best night we had out in Vegas, we are 80's rock lovers so a bit biased but honestly it was such fun. The singers were great, the band AWESOME, and the guy who played Russells Blands part in the film was excellent (a million times better than Bland).
Then we went to the Bourbon Rooms for a free shot and some more excellent 80's tunes. We met some equally crazy 80's rockers from Canada and has a great time, not getting home till 4am. Go its AWESOME, let your hair down:-).

Probably not for kids under 13 or so.

“too over th top for our taste”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 12, 2013

Too contrived for us and very cringe worthy. The majority of the singing not up to scratch either. Go see the Jersey boys as that was truly entertaining.

“Score some tickets!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 11, 2013

If you grew up during the 80's, or like 80's music put this on your "must do" list while in Vegas. I saw the movie and was surprised how much the play deviated from it, and for the better. Raunchier, funnier and more music.

After the play we funneled into the "Bourbon Room" with some of the audience to get our free shot. Not sure what it was, my guess some sort of Schnapps. They had a David Lee Roth look alike in there trying to get the crowd pumped up. Air guitar contests, Karaoke, etc. We noticed some of the cast mulling around also.

Overall this was a great play with a very talented cast. The singing and music was incredible ... it will have you saying "I want my MTV" all over again.

“Great nights Craic!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 11, 2013

Such a funny show, the entire cast are all very talented, excellent singers. The storyline is pretty basic but it's all a good laugh, nothing too serious. We bought our tickets inside the hotel where the show was a few hrs before it started and saved about 30 dollars. We priced tix4tonight and they were more expensive, so price at the hotel ticket counter first before buying.
