“The noise oh my the noise!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 28, 2014

Don't stay here unless you want to hear drilling and banging that make your teeth shake. 300 a night for this? No one said anything during checking or reservations that they had this terrible noise. They said that it was going to stop at 530????!?

Very impressive I enjoyed everything about the casino and hotel. The Nobu tower was a nice touch and the service I received was amazing. We ate at a few restaurants on the property and all were very good. We spent all our time at harrahs properties which I always do. I thank you for everything and will always continue to do My gambling with harrahs properties

We experienced 1 night at the new Nobu Hotel at Caesars Palace. It was a quick stay, but we are already looking forward to returning. The room was well appointed with modern touches. The bathroom had some beautiful fixtures and an awesome walk in rain shower. The bed is the star. It was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever had at a hotel (this includes the W Heavenly bed). It was a great way to end a hectic day in Vegas!

Had this booked 6 months in advance. I suggest you read all the bad reviews on here, they are absolutely spot on. I dont know who wrote the positive reviews, I cannot think of one good thing to say about this hotel.
No customer service is an understatement, think NO service at all.
Decor is 1970's hotel. Considering it is a new hotel it already looks shabby.
Not sure what aroma they pump into the reception area and lifts but it stinks.
Everywhere is dark in this hotel, you will feel like a mole.
Check in was terrible, we were ignored for the first 10 minutes then the receptionist just upped and left. When I remonstrated with the remaining receptionist the first thing they did was call security. So I have travelled for 14 hours and have been ignored for over 10 minutes, and their response is not to appologise but get a " henchman " to reception.
Room was average with No view.
Room service is stupidly expensive.
The Bed IS comfortable.
Bathroom is average , no bath tub and the inside of the bathroom door had what looked like coke all over it, so no marks for cleanliness.
2 days in a row the room had not been serviced by 3.00 pm.
Only once was the room correctly serviced.
They didn't tell us they were doing building work. It was supposed to start at 10 am till 5 pm.
In reality it started at 5 AM and amazingly the hotel manager didn't think some people would mind the work starting that early. Drilling above my head is NOT acceptable at any time in my opinion. Because of the deafening drilling we could't use our room during the day.
We had a huge row and moved hotel. Quite possibly one of the worst hotels we have stayed at and certainly there are so many better hotels in Vegas that you really should not bother.
We moved to the Octavian tower at caesars palace, the 62 nd floor, what a difference.
In short the only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the bed is comfortable. Shame you wont be able to make the most of it because of the deafening noise.

Room Tip: Stay somwhere else.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay @ Nobu! The staff is amazingly friendly, helpful & went out of their way to help us enjoy our anniversary weekend! The rooms are beautiful, clean & roomy!
We were surprised just after our arrival with complementary chocolate covered strawberries, fresh fruit tray, a dozen pops & a dozen bottled water (Nobu retail value $7/pop & $7/bottled water, yikes!) A half hour later, complimentary tea & wafers!
Loved having free turn down service & robes...all the little extras were a nice treat :)

Stayed here in August 2013 as part of our Honeymoon in Vegas.

The rooms were excellent and had some nice touches such as the nightly chocolates and lavender by our bedside. As expected the hotel was immaculately clean with a good sized bathroom.

Access to the rooms was via the lift which meant you could only get to your own floor which i really liked as keep the corridors quieter.

Great location in Caesars on the strip and would more than happily return next time im in vegas

I am currently staying in the Nobu towers Caesars palace and I have to say I am extremely disappointed, we have not had the service that we expected to receive.

The positive points I would like to make are that the Nobu tower is located in a central position and is therefore extremely convenient for the shows, bars and casino. The rooms are clean, have a huge tv and the bed is extremely comfortable.

Unfortunately however my experience her has not been all positive. I shan't list all the petty issues like the room not being made up until late afternoon, no tea and coffee making facilities etc, instead I will concentrate on my two main frustrations

Despite the check in desk being staffed by two people it was a good five minutes before anyone spoke to us and this only came about when we interrupted the staff and instigated conversation. The man, who was more apologetic and aware, was busy on the phone whilst the lady was typing and still did not have the curtesy to look up nor make eye contact. A quick nod to us and an acknowledgement to how busy she was would have sufficed. Eventually we interrupted her and asked for some attention, without even looking up from her screen she asked us to get our passports ready to speed up the process, we assured her they were already in our hands and again without even making eye contact she said she would be with us when she was finished and with that then walked away from the check in desk! We were completely gobsmacked. The man, clearly seeing that the service was inadequate, eventually put down the phone and started to check us in. Open her return she completely under minded him and took over our check in oblivious to the fact that her behaviours had offended us. Having travelled all over the world we have never been checked in by such a rude, less aware member of staff! I could go on but shan't, eventually we were 'processed' and as we left the desk she asked whether she could assist us with anything else? She was completely oblivious to how her manner had created an issue and was on automatic pilot.

Despite our disappointing check in our biggest gripe with the hotel is that, at 7:20am, I am sitting in bed listening to furniture being moved around in the room above me even though it is now 2 1/2 hours since we first brought it to the managements attention. We have been offered (and declined) complimentary breakfast as compensation ( presumably because they'd like us to vacate our room so they can continue working above), despite our repeated pleas to the front desk it would appear the management either do not care or have no control over the workmen above us. I appreciate that maintenance needs to be carried out and as such we yesterday tolerated the drilling that we could hear all afternoon but it is completely unacceptable to be woken up at 5am by building work and even more unacceptable that it has not stopped. I have never written a review on trip advisor before but am so enraged by the ineffective staff that I have felt the need to. All of the numerous calls to reception have ended with 'can I assist you with anything else?'. I cannot abide automated service. Please just listen to your customers and address the issues that are being brought to your attention and you will find that you have happy customers and positive reviews on Trip advisor. The internet is a powerful tool, as is word if mouth and I shall never recommend this hotel to anyone which is such a shame.
