“new pie in town”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 4, 2014

imagine subway but for pizzas!
bit of walk through MGM to get to it, especially on a busy concert night, but can honestly say it was one of the nicest freshest pizzas we had in Vegas.
Even better, its sign posted unlike secret pizza in Csomopolitan, which was so secret, i gave up looking for it.

“Great Pizza for a Great price.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2014

We went here three times while in Vegas and we can't say enough great things about this place. You get a pizza to put whatever you want on it and as much as you want on it from there tons of toppings all for $12. The service is great and they actually encourage you to put as many toppings and customize the pizza in any way you see fit. For the price in Vegas it is an absolute steal, especially if you split one like my wife and I do. You won't be disappointed if you go here, highly recommend.

“Simple but superb”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 29, 2014

Another great find thanks to Trip Advisor.

This is like the Subway of Pizzas, you just queue up choose the dough, and your toppings, off your pizza goes in the fired oven and 4/5 minutes later you've got your pizza. No frills, very cheap and excellent tasting.

The only place I ate in twice during my weeks stay.

“Pizza Treasure in MGM Underground”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 21, 2014

Any more pizza has to be really fantastic to leave an impression. And Project Pie does that.

1) The ingredients are all fresh and you can have as much or as little as you want on your pie..
2) You can pick from a list of pre-defined pizzas or build your own with the toppings put on right in front of you as you order.
3) Each pizza is a bit larger than a personal size pizza and a standard 12 inch and is pretty filling.
4) If you come in off the Las Vegas Blvd side it seems to take FOREVER to find this place in the Undergound.
5) It takes no time at all for the pizza to be ready to eat. Ample seating space is available.
6) With a drink and tax the total is about $15 per person. Seems a but on the high side for pizza.
7) Overall this was really a quite good tasting pizza. I would go again.

“Great pizza at REAL prices!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 20, 2014

First off, your reading this because you know that there are a lot of choices for pizza on the strip. We origionally were going to have a taste test (over 4 days) between Five50, Secret Pizza and Project Pie. This unfortunately, like my big win on the progressive slots, didn't happen. However, we did make it to Project Pie and we were so glad we did. The only reason this wasn't a 5 star review was because it is located in the "underground" without litterally nothing to look at and you truly feel like your in a basement. However, the pizza is excellent. You get to pick as many and as much toppoings as you want so if you don't like the pizza then blame yourself for picking a bad mix of topings. Both my wife and I chose different pizzas and custom made them and killed them. One pizza is plenty for one person (neither of us finished them) but at $25 for us both to eat we were thrilled. If we are in the area we would eat here again but probably won't seek it out. At least until we have tried a few other places.
