“Best Kept Secret!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 8, 2013

A clean well kept hotel right on the strip, convenient parking and casino entrance. Our first room the A/C was not working and they promptly helped us move to another room. Each room has a refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. The hotel was remodeled recently and was a pleasant stay. The staff were courteous and accommodating, We also stayed during the same visit at the Hard Rock Hotel and their room did not have refer or coffee maker and was quite a bit more expensive. This hotel wil be our place to stay in Vegas!

We booked this hotel because it was a Best Western Plus. No complimentary breakfast like most have. Location is great, right in the middle of the strip. The personnel were very accomodating and helpful. Housecleaning was bad. One day we left and didn't get back till 3pm and nothing had been touched, the reason we received was they were to busy! Then the next day after it had been cleaned my husband went upstairs to take a nap and there was a knock at the door and the maid was coming in...promptly left, not sure why she needed in as she left to quickly. Safe didn't unlock and had to wait for them to drill a hole to remove our tickets. We did get comped for a nice dinner at the Outback upstairs.
This hotel is not suited for those who have trouble walking. There is a parking garage in the back, you have one chance to get the turn into it otherwise it will take another 15 to go around the block. Entrance to the lobby is difficult to find and you end up having to walk through the casino to get to the desk check in.

They have a club card and never did find out how to use the points or what they were for. Great deal on Michelob. 1.00 a bottle and you receive a coupon for a buy one get one free.
We stayed in room 211 by the pool. This location was very quiet and cozy. Rooms are smaller then normal but the quiet location was worth it.

Room Tip: Room on the pool side is the most quiet. We stayed in room 211 and was quite pleased with how comfo...

Bang in the middle of the strip, outstanding value for money with a medium sized un pretentious fun casino attached. This allowed us a stress free Vegas experience (as newbies). It was an excellent base for our 3 days on the strip. Room was more than adequate with ajoining kitchenette and was very clean with maid service daily. We would certainly choose to stay here again.

Overall we really enjoyed the hotel and had a great experience there. The only complaints that we had was that the water pressure was too low in the shower and the Wi-Fi was really slow.
We plan on going there again really soon

I visit Las Vegas regularly to play poker, having a posh room with lots of facilities is not as important to me as the location. And this is in a great location, right in the center of the strip, between the Venician and Harrahs, across the road from Ceasers and The Mirage. They have wonderfully comfortable beds, and the rooms are reasonably priced. You even get a coffee machine. There is not much in the way of fancy service though, so if you are expecting room service you'll be disappointed as there isn't any. The hotel doesn't even have a restaurant, but that is not important because there are food places everywhere around.

If there was one complaint that would be the room was a little noisy. For some reason there was a generator on 24/7 outside by the pool. The first night it was a bit distracting, but after a while I got used to it and slept pretty well (when I was in the room!).

Room Tip: This is not a hotel with many facilities, but you get a great room with coffee machine. If you want...

Stayed here Halloween night 2012. The hotel was still being renovated. We got a renovated room on the first floor but it was close to the exit so we could hear people going in and out constantly. The room itself was very nice but on the small side. There is a nice little food court in the casino so you don't need to leave to eat unless you want a fine dining experience. We stayed here because of the close proximity to Carnival Court at Harrahs where we spent Halloween night. Overall we really didn't sleep because of outside noise all night. This is not the place to stay if you are a light sleeper. Front desk check-in and out was painfully slow even though they were not busy.
