Authentic Italian food. Everything we ever ordered was cooked to perfection! The best vegetarian lasagna and mussels marinara anywhere!

“Nice meal”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 21, 2013

We ate at Roma Deli on W Sahara in Las Vegas. We started with the fried calamari. Although it was very good, we thought that the portion was small for a hefty price of $12.95. I had the braciole with linguini, which was excellent. My husband had the tortellini with chicken in alfredo sauce, which was also excellent. I brought home a pastry for dessert, and half our meals, as the dinner portions were large. Overall, a nice meal with great service.

“An Old Fashioned Style Italian Trattoria in a Modern Setting”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 2, 2013

This is a sister restaurant by the same name that is long established in Las Vegas. This is basically a trattoria with several daily specials of fish, veal, and other Italian specialties. The pasta is always excellent and you can combine any style pasta with any of sauce. Their Italian sausage is home made and it is one of their excellent choices in any dish that can contain sausage. And the breads are to die for because they are made in their main store, which is also a giant bakery, always producing the best fresh Italian bread. Prices are very reasonable. This establishment also has one of the best wine cellars in Las Vegas. Highly recommended.

“Authentic Little Value Gem”

Just go. Cozy inexpensive dinner with a date. Get off the strip and support the small businesses. Vegas does have some unique restaurants!

“Great Service ~ So-So Food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2012

Stopped by the other night for dinner. Place is small and cozy. The deli is right there, along with other items you can purchase. Wine area is next door/connected.

Our server was as nice as could be We really enjoyed talking to her. A+ service.

As for the food, well, we have certainly had much better. The bread was rather hard and almost had no taste. Our 2 entrees were hot when served but we knew right away when we looked at them, they would be what they turned out to be. My pasta was too hard(harder than al dente for sure). The sauces on both was rather light with alot of chunks of tomato in it. No real sauce. I could not finish eating mine. Dessert was the same...an "off" taste. And, the food did not "stay with me" for long...if you know what I mean.

We would not go back, except maybe to try their coldcut/cheeses for take home.
