This place is great. Walking distance to the Mirage, Treasure Bay, Venetian, etc. I stayed at the Mirage for business last year only because the company was paying for it. Otherwise, I would pick Casino Royale everytime! Clean Rooms, low rates, friendly staff. Also won $1800 on the slots there.

we stayed here recently and you really get what you pay for....a small clean re-modelled room in a fantastic location.....no frills, played a little bit in here and the room came to $40 total for the four nights....played a lot at the venetian and palazzo, which is right next door.

We booked for 5 nights and I was alittle leary when I first walked in but the rooms are just great. Remodeled last year and believe me when I tell you that it is well worth the money. Beds are very comfortable. Very clean and the staff very friendly. Great price on the drinks. Only draw back is we booked to save money by going to a vacation similar and did not get the $1000.00 Fun book we were promised. People at the vacation place said they were not given the fun books to get them from the Hotel. Hotel said they gave them all what they were suppose to get and the $300 in casino money is a joke. It is for the Promo slots that you play on for fun and cannot win unless you hit the big one (what are the chances) and the show tickets are not great either so was not worth wasting precious vacation time on. Location is great and was great to have Denny's there as well.

We stayed at Bill's Gambling Hall right around the corner from this casino. We were lured in by the free-pull slots outside and thought what the heck. We are very very glad that we ended up trying this place out. What a wonderful little casino.

The waitresses here were the friendliest and fastest we found out of all of the ones we visited during our trip. This was across the board too. Some places would have a good wait staff sometimes and sometimes not; these waitresses were great every single time we were hear. Once they know what you are drinking and how fast, they were there with your drinks sometimes even before you finished the one before. Also, you can get some bottle beer here for $1, whereas you are paying $6 most other places. The mixers were strong and tasty too!

As for the free slot promo that is offered outside, this is not a bad deal at all. Yes, you can only play the machines that are marked for this promo, but there were a lot of them. Also, the machines were not roped off in the casino so you could play them and still be with others in your group without any problems. We were here a lot of times during our stay and always seen people winning on these machines.

The place is old and smaller compared to the others on the strip, but the attention to detail and friendliness of everyone here was tops. It had more of the "Old Vegas" feel and was a great spot for gambling and hanging out.
