This is an impersonator show e.g. Adele, Whitney Houston, Barry White. They introduced their newest cast member, Lady Gaga, who will begin in January.
This show is cheaper than most in Vegas ($60/80.) I had read on T.A. that the show was 70 minutes, but it was actually 90. Perhaps because each performer added a Xmas song to his/her segment?
Pros: There was a terrific live band, not recorded music. There was a support cast of very good dancers and backup singers. There is not a bad seat in the house (so go for the cheap ones.) The lineup of performers changes, so you could see this show on subsequent visits. The singers also talked a little bit, in character, which added to the illusion.
Cons: The bar service was slow. No servers in the auditorium. 4 of us regular sized people sat at a table for six. Even with 2 empty seats, we did not have enough leg room. It was crammed, and tables around us were so close that we couldn't push back. (Ask for the booth seats.)
Finding the theater was difficult. The lobby was a chaotic mess of people waiting to get seated, people who wanted tickets, and people who couldn't find the line they needed to be in.
After you present your ticket, one of the impersonators (Elvis) grabs your hand and gently “forces” you to pose for a picture, which they later try to sell you. I declined and tried to get away, but he cut me off from the auditorium door and yelled “Take it now,” to the photographer.
