“Yummy!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 14, 2014

My husband and I were out driving around Las Vegas and decided it was time to eat. He saw this place and just had to go in, despite my not wanting to. (We ate at a Brazillian Steakhouse in Niagra Falls that was horrible.) we really weren't dressed as dressy as we should have been, but not terrible. Our waiter came to our table and explained the process and described how this would work and what was on the salad bar. We went to get our salad and had many choices for pastas, salads, etc. very good! Once we were ready for the meats to start arriving, they brought some garlic mash potatoes, fried bananas a fried corn meal with cheese. The meats were excellent, the presentations were excellent and the whole experience was wonderful! Would definitely recommend is place to anyone wanting a dining "experience" instead of just a meal.

“Food is good, Overpriced”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2014

Fogo De Chao is a very nice place. The food is very good. They have an excellent cold bar with great veggies and salads. The meat is very good. I really liked the flank steak. Very good flavor and was done just right. I did not care for the bacon wrapped filet mignon, mine was overdone (no pink at all). Service was good. The lighting was weird and made our table have an unpleasant look. The wine menu is extensive and very expensive. No cheap wine here, I found this to be a significant drawback. My biggest concern about this place is the price. I think I wound up paying about $60 for the meal after a standard tip and no alcohol. My friends who had alcohol paid well over $100 each.

Overall while I liked this place, I suspect that you could find another place in Vegas that was similar but less expensive.

“Great Service, Great Foods”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 5, 2014

Came here to attend the Wines of Brazil Tasting. There was an hour of lecture. During the lecture though, servers were very attentive to our needs. More impressive was the prompt and courteous service of the staff during lunch. The foods, wines, and service were in harmony.
I usually dislike lamb for its gaminess but theirs is not gamey. All the meats were juicy. More salads were offered to those who do not prefer meats.
It was seamless from the Welcome to our departure.
Thank you! Thank you!

“Overrated”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2014

We found the whole flip your card thing over a little annoying. We felt rushed. They kept pushing the cheaper cuts of meat. We had to ask for the more expensive cuts. The lettuce at the salad bar was brown. The filet mignon and chicken wrapped in bacon were terrible. The other cuts of meat were ok, nothing out of this world by any means. We will not return.
