We were back at the HGVC Karen Avenue again this year for 6 nights. We found the resort to be excellent just like our previous stay. The unit was well kept and the staff friendly. As we have a car, the off Strip location was fine.
The whole complex is well run and security is good even though the CES was being held next door at the Convention Centre.

This is the first Hilton Grand Property we ever stayed at when we joined the program back in 1999. We have stayed here over the years and have watched the property grow and expand. The views are all good, but thse time we were on the end and had a view of the moutains to look at in the morning. WOW! We were also there during the CES and other conventions and had to actually see people in the hallway to be sure we weren't the only ones at the resort. It was that quiet enen full! Todd did a great job with the redesign. Showers, activty room and general reddesign of the suites are all a plus. Glad we own here! Don't mind the maintance fees when you see thinigs being done.
One thing that impressed us is that the staff here, as well as the other Hilton resorts in LV, has gotten involved with one of the local schools to do projects for the kids who go there. They give their own time and do fund raisers to help the kids. Quite impressive.
As for the resort staff, they do an outstanding job. Maybe we're a little predjudice as we think of them as our family, but they do an excellet job. From the time you walk in until you check out, they all go out of their way to make you feel welcome and special.
As for the location, you do need a car or to use public trans as it is about a mile from the strip, but it is right next to the convention center. It's also an easy drive down Paradise Road or out Sahara Ave to get to many locations. There is a tram and bus stop right at the LVH. And the resort does have a deli as well as resturants at the LVH.
We would defintly stay here again when we're in town. Were here for two weeks this time and it was great.

I was in town for the CES convention and felt very lucky to be at the Hilton Grand Vacation Suites. It was within a 10 min walking distance to the convention center so I didn't have to wait in those long cab lines or wait for a shuttle.

The hotel was extremely clean with friendly people at the desk. My one-bedroom suite was superb with a view of the LVH. And I spent a lot of time in the jetted tub. Talk about relaxation! Also having a full kitchen was extremely convenient. And the monorail is within a 5 minute walking distance and got us to the strip in no time.

Extremely convenient, hassle free, excellent customer service, and some peace and quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend or colleague.

A suite, and a view, to remember. Very clean, very roomy, great bathrooms, with kitchen and living room. No wireless internet, nor breakfast for its guests. Close to the strip, walking distance to the monorail.
