We stayed at the Westgate Flamingo Bay after a timeshare presentation for Planet Hollywood Westgate. I dont think that the atmosphere was nearly the same as the property we were going to buy. The resort was too far off the strip for a young couple interested in experiencing the strip, having a rental car and free valet on the strip was a big help for us. they did offer a shuttle bus to the strip, which you had to sign up for in advance, we were too spontaneous for that. the property was clean and quiet, we stayed on the first floor, all rooms had a gate so no intruders. parking was ample, always got a spot infront of our room. pool looked nice, didnt get to try it though. this was our first time staying at a time share, missed the in room cleaning service you get with a hotel, asked for towels and they never brought them to us, other than that, no real complaints.

“Great place, but too far from the strip”

It was really nice to stay at Westgate, but it costa fortune to take a txi in Vegas and therefore, we spent most of our money on taxis. Also, it is juts too far from all the action. next stay in Vegas will be on the strip!

I was very surprised as I pulled up to the resort. It is pretty far off the strip which is a downside but from the second you entered the resort the service was fantastic. Every employee I ran into was outstandingly friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and gorgeous and well kept. Everything was new and updated. The fountains the ran through the grounds were great. The activities that were planned were very enjoyable and the meals provided on the resort were excellent. A fantastic, prompt. free and friendly shuttle service was provided every hour to three locations on the strip. Everything about this resort was great except for the fact that it was far off the strip.

“Really Great”

We stayed here for our second time. The resort is great with lots of room especially traveling with 2 teenage girls. The shuttle to the strip is perfect. We are going back to Vegas with friends and have already booked our room.

Rooms are nice but pool is very small. Tooo far to walk to the strip. They really tried to upgrade the units but forgot about the pool.
