“Very good restaurant without the crowd of the strip”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 8, 2013

Visited the Barrymore this week on a Tuesday night and it didn't took long before the place was full. Martinis are great and the menu is diverse and pleases all. I had the Filet Mignon and my wife the duck confit and both plates were very well executed.

I would suggest to anyone visiting Las Vegas to reserve a table at this restaurant. It is located in a smaller hotel that you find on the strip (and less glamour) but the food they put out is excellent. Prices are the same as you find in restaurants on the strip but the quality and execution is better to my opinion.

“Classic Room, Classic American Steakhouse, Classic Las Vegas”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 2, 2013

It just feels good to be at The Barrymore. For both my wife and I, we always make this a destination while in town. Sometimes for drinks on the patio together, sometimes for a comfortable but high end dinner with friends, sometimes to sit at the bar, most recently to entertain about 50 business colleagues and then retiring to the bar for an amazing 76 Haute Brion.

There is something about getting out of the Casinos, stepping back from the strip, and feeling like you are in a room that captures a different era and is at once exclusive, but also makes you feel right at home.

Congratulations to Chad, Sarah, Emily, and of course chef for being the great people who make this place what it is.

“Winner again.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2013

Another great meal at the Barrymore. The menu has changed just recently and there were many excellent choices. We started with the mac and lobster, a little disappointing. Too few lobster pieces. We also choose an interesting salad, endive and green apple. unique and very good. I had the Black Bass which was excellent and delicious. My husband had the NY strip steak. It was perfect. Our major complaint would be the two young children in our dining room who ran around the entire time we were dining. The wait staff nearly collided with them a number of times. This is an upscale ,romantic type restaurant. Small children need to be seated and behave. I found it extremely distracting. We had a very good waitress and I loved my caramel apple cheesecake complimentary dessert for my birthday celebrations. We will definitely return on our next Las Vegas visit.

“Everything we hoped for”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2013

We've been planning our wedding in Vegas from the other side of the planet without ever having been to the US lead alone Vegas. From the first time we contacted The Barrymore, they've been nothing but helpful and interested in getting all details straight. We were about 30 people there and we had the best evening. The service, the food, the wine, the piano player - everything was just perfect, except maybe the fact that we had to be out of there by 10 o'clock when the restaurant closed :)
