“Spacious and convenient”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 15, 2013

This was one of the few places we managed to have a two bedroom apartment with twin beds for our boys - they were delighted. The unit was clean, spacious and well appointed. Great pool. Agree with other reviews about too few places to sit for breakfast. Breakfast good but would like to reduce the trash mountain with fewer disposables. Excellent location just five minutes walk from The Strip. Overall a great place to stay.

Room Tip: If traveling with family, request 2 bedroom unit.

“Good deal for a family”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 14, 2013

Our family of four stayed at this hotel for two nights. It worked out very well, as our daughters had their own bedroom and used the hall bathroom, while my wife and I of course used the master bedroom and bathroom. On the first morning we bought groceries at a nearby supermarket and had all but two meals in the suite. The hotel is within walking distance of several casinos, especially the Tropicana, but we used our car to go to casinos further away. The included breakfast was adequate and saved us time and money. I suggest getting to breakfast at least a half hour before closing, as the line gets quite long later on.

“Overall comfortable”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 14, 2013

We stayed there during the CES show (Jan 7-11) so the rate is understandably higher than other time. Other than that, it is a nice and comfortable resort and clean too. Breakfast was included though the line could be long but my sister and I managed to find a table most of time, just have to eye those about to leave and hold the table. There is also Internet in the room though slow, still good for catching up on emails.

The staffs were very courteous and helpful. The only thing lacking is the toiletries which they didn't replace new bottles everyday. Other than that, good experience.

“quiet place but overpriced”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 13, 2013

We stayed during off season on Dec 20th here and still found about 20 minutes wait in the line for breakfast. And no place at all in breakfast area to sit. So we had to carry whatever we can grab in one foam plate to our room and have breakfast there for all 3 days. During summer or peak season this can be more chaotic and not worth if someone is counting free breakfast a big plus in picking up this hotel.
It is is at a quiet place and have spacious rooms with kitchen. If your intention is stay away from strip and planning to use kitchen heavily then this could be your choice otherwise its a better bet to book a suite in one of the 3 star hotel on strip.
This has one small heated pool which is good is good to use if you are visiting in the winter.
TVs in the room are old tube type and replacing them with LCD or plasma can make TV viewing more pleasant in the night if you have kids who want to watch TV before they go to bed.
Strip hotels are about 10 minutes walk and that may not be an issue if you travel during good weather. But during winter or peak summer that walk with kids may not work out for all.

“feels like home”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 13, 2013

We stayed during the week between X-mas and New Year. A very spacious one bedroom flat, with a large sitting /tv room, full equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. It was very clean and the staff very helpful. It is located very close to the Strip, just next to Hooters and MGM, there is a swmmingpool and a large lobby where the free breakfast is served, toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, fruitand juice, the only problem was as it was winter the tables outside couldn`t be used, so the room was pretty crowded, most of the times we didn`t find a free table, so we went to have our breakfast somewhere else. Every Friday they give free welcoming drinks and some snack. Next time I am in Las Vegas, I`ll definitely stay there again.
