“Poor value, especially compared to other closeby hotels. Could have stayed at Caesar's or Bellagio for what it cost.”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2013

Very poor value. Odd location. No casino. Tiny fitness center. Noisy rooms; could not sleep due to other guests leaving and entering their room through a common foyer between their room and ours. Been to Vegas many times and this is the first time I have stayed in a hotel that made me regret the trip.

Room Tip: There are no good rooms. Stay elsewhere.

Thank you for your comments. I’m sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your stay. Please keep in mind that we do have rooms that do not share a common foyer door and can certainly accommodate you in one of those rooms upon request. As you know we are located steps from the Strip within a very close proximity to many major Las Vegas landmarks. Our location will become even more attractive towards the end of this year when the Linq opens. We will be adjacent to over 200,000 square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment offerings. I hope you will stay with us again and experience the many benefits of our resort.

had a girls party for one of my daughters 21st bday....it was a first time in vagas for all four if us.
hotel value was great! we were smack in the middle of the strip from what we could tell....great location!!!! we walked everywhere.
the hotel has a spa, we didnt use it, the prices look great though....next time, we will set aside time for it.
parking was free, and easy to get to the lobby from parking garage and it was covered.
the line to check in was a bit long....we could have used a cocktail during that process.
the guest rooms were large and clean and the beds were so comfortable. there are rugs and vinal floors which we found great....i hate nasty carpet. we were on the 20th floor, there was a very large windo faceing construstion but it never effected us (sound or sight really), nice and quite.
cute pink chairs, which all the girls loved.
bathroom was clean and large as well...could have used more bath towels though.
everything we needed was in the hotel.....great resturants and a great walking park with birds and fish of all kinds.
we were there in january and it was cold, there was ice on the fountains.
will go back during summer to check out the pool areas....looked very large on the map.
very friendly staff. the only thing i felt it was missing was a mini fridge.
had to wait in line to check out as well....could have an easier check out. we love hilton properties!

Room Tip: ask for 2 queen beds....very large rooms.

Close to the action on the main strip, yet quietly tucked away behind the Flamingo, this property is our favorite for a quick get away using HGVC open season. The staff is polite and helpful. There has never been any issue with the quality of the room. It is a bit noisy due to construction at the present time, but not so much as to awaken a guest in the morning.

We love this place. We have been going to Vegas for only about 8 years now but usually stay for a week at time. Have stayed at many hotels and also at time shares, Polo Towers and HGVC on the Strip. Other places were nice and overall the HGVC on the Strip is the nicer property but the location stinks. HGVC at the Flamingo wins hands down.

Where else can you get a 1 bedroom condo right in the heart of the Las Vegas strip? Nice rooms, great people and awesome location. You are closer to the actual strip than you are in many of the strip hotels. The property shares the grounds with the Flamingo and you get to use their facilities, valet, etc. The workout room is pretty good although small and the pool leaves a lot to be desired but you can use the Flamingo pool so no issue. The hot tub is great. As we usually go in the winter we use the hot tub instead of the pool.

There is no casino or restaurants but since you are attached to the Flamingo it isn’t an issue. Again, from our room to the Flamingo casino is a lot shorter than even next door at Bally’s. They do have a little store that is good for coffee or maybe a breakfast sandwich. They serve more stuff but it’s not where I’d want to eat dinner at in Vegas 

You can go as small as a studio or get a 2 bedroom with full kitchen. This is our go to place in Vegas. It is going to even be better once Linq is finished.

Room Tip: Until Linq is finished, ask for a room in the South tower

This hotel is in a reasonable location and is very family orientated due to the lack of a casino. Close to the strip and within walking distance. Overall a very nice place to stay. The only issue I would say is that there is a lack of taxis in this particular area of Las Vegas.

Just concluding our stay at the HGVC-Flamingo. Located right behind and adjoining the Flamingo, which is pretty much center of the Strip. We simply loved this place! Super quiet, even despite some construction on the north end of the block. There's no casino or bars or shows...just a nice refuge from all that when you need a break from the typical Vegas light/sound/drunk crowd/smoky room vortex. The room was super clean, excellent maid service, and lots of room amenities. We stayed in a spacious two room suite: bedroom with a king bed and adjacent super huge spa tub, full, yes, full kitchen, 'living room', and separate bath (shower, two sinks, commode). All for about $550 for four nights...which we thought was a pretty good deal. Super easy access to the Strip through the Flamingo--generally a four minute walk through the hotel to a spot on the street looking across at Caesar's. There's a small deli/grocery on property which we found useful; admittedly we didn't use the business center or some of the other property features. Probably a good situation for families with kids, but as a couple we thought it really met our needs. In the end, we just wanted a quiet, smoke-free, crowd-free getaway within steps of the Strip. We found it!

Room Tip: South Tower is best right now, floor three and above are best. There's some construction adjacen...
