Check in was quick. Elevators swift. Halls were clean and sedate.
I was in a "Superior" room which is their lowest room tier. The furniture was showing some wear on the edges. One chair was a bit wobbly by the table.
The bed was great with comfy pillows. I had a very good view of the strip from Aria to Mandalay.
The jetted tub in the bathroom was awesome. Made for a very relaxing evening in the room.
Carpet and curtains were in excellent shape.
The casino was small but had a decent variety of games.
They had some great food options from a very nice food court to fancy sit down restaurants.
Overall, I liked the place well enough to make reservations at Palms Place for my January trip.

great place to stay and see a concert. every seat is good.after, there is a lounge with awesome music. i have stayed all around town and i find this my new vegas stay. valet-great!! check in-great!! rooms-great!! food - always available. gambling-it's all there. funny gal and guy dealers.
ideally located. Why would you want to stay at a hotel on the strip. you will waist a lot of time inching to your destination because of all the traffic and constantly changing traffic signals. solution, stay at the palms, when you go out and about catch the freeway and then buzz back to the palms. know the streets around the palms to get to and fro easier. it makes your weekend stay more relaxing and fun. room prices-great!!!!!!!!!!!!!! every worker there very friendly. did not eat there except for breakfast, cannot rate restaurants. looking forward to summer.....

Room Tip: room 21116

The room was dusty. We had to book 2 nights because we needed an early check in. The place is beautiful!! Couldn't get service at the bar. We were here for a concert at the Pearl theater. The Pearl gets two thumbs up for excellent security and keeping the crowd in it's place.

Room Tip: The Ivory Tower has a good view

I have never been treated the way I was at the palms. The 24 7 restruant was horrible one night I had a green subtance in my eggs Waitress reply after looking at it "Oh" walk away. No thermostate in room never would cool down. Theaten by boucer when following directions to get to business center to print boarding pass. I actually saw underage females sleeping in the food court by the theaters. These girls were not guests I did feel so sorry for them. I did try to speak to a manager who rolled her eyes at me. Nobody should ever stay at the palms. Do yourself a favor and just find another place. I made a promise to the palms to tell 100 people how bad my stay was I am now up to 56.

Yes, I loved the view. Corner room was fantastic. and very central to the resort and all it's amenities. The sports book is awesome. Better than I imagined with great huge Movie screen size TV's. The room was spacious. Also surprised that I could get a smoking room.

Great experience in this famous city! Very attentive staff that was able to give me a complementary upgrade. Very clean and large rooms with an incredible view of the strip. Great food court if you're looking for good food at reasonable prices. $5 blackjack tables during the morning and afternoon. The complimentary shuttle to the strip was helpful. If you're looking for beautiful people and a place to people watch for celebrities, this might be your place. Definitely a younger crowd!

Room Tip: Tip: Gold Coast Casino is across the street and has 24 hour $5 blackjack tables. Great Chinese res...
