STK is one of the few steakhouses in Las Vegas I hadn't visited. The dining room is beautiful and full of beautiful people. If you are interested in a scene, this is a great place. BUT -- the steak is just okay and nothing memorable. We sampled several different cuts. Start with the blue iceberg salad. All agreed this was the best starter. After that, go with the bone in filet. It was significantly better than the regular filet and had a much better flavor than all of the other steaks shared at the table. The sides are a highlight. Don't miss the green beans and brussel sprouts as boring as they may sound. They are both fantastic! Have fun.
