We had a time finding our way to this bar after taking the monorail from Bellagio. We finally managed to find the ground floor entrance and took the lift to the 23rd floor where the bar is. The lift has a red seat to sit on, just press the marked button to get to your destination.
When we arrived we went past the tea room area on our left(must try that next time) and to the bar doors. A very nice lady took us to some seats opposite the bar (we hadn't pre-booked for a particular table), be warned they were so comfortable I sank down and had to swap to one of the other chairs at the table otherwise I would have stayed there all night. We ordered a cocktail each (There were three of us) and did not have to wait long; yes they may have been a bit expensive but not really more than many other places and less than we were expecting. Nice nibbles brought to our table while we relaxed and stared a bit.. The views from the floor to ceiling windows were superb, lighting was low key and offset by the glow of the bar walls; all very nice indeed. Some dressing up is a good idea, but you don't have to go overboard.
We only stayed for one drink as we had a show to catch on our last night. We found the staff were professional but also very polite and friendly and the drinks were excellent. We would have stayed much longer given the chance.
