Good updates and casino. Small problem with toilet needed to change rooms as not fixed promptly. Great location and beds comfy! Pool area small but fun. Best value for location and rates and good place to wander strip!

I really wanted to like The Linq hotel the remodelling is mostly good, the prices are fair and the location is convenient. Despite all of that I will never stay here again. It's not often I write a review while still at the hotel but I didn't want to wait to warn people.

Construction: this morning we awoke to hammering and other noises at 6am on the dot. We were woken up on our first night just after 7am to a fair amount of noise as well. Like most people we don't come to Vegas to wake up early. So, after being out until about 2:30am it is beyond irritating to wake up startled less than 4 hours later. There are no signs posted at the hotel and nothing on the hotel website.

After complaining reasonably to the front desk manager he at least comped our resort fees and moved us to a higher floor. However, now there is a total mixup over getting our bags to our new room. There is poor communication between the front desk, bell desk and housekeeping.

Housekeeping: we were out of the room on the first morning by 9am. The room wasn't cleaned on our return at 3:30pm. We called but the room still wasn't done until well after 5pm. We almost missed our dinner reservation. There were several hairs on the floor of the bathroom that weren't taken care of even after being mentioned.

Room: renovated, easy access to outlets, good sized TV and comes with a mini fridge. Everything worked well. There is a lack of storage space though. The ample room under the TV should have a dresser there.

Valet: fast retrieval of our vehicle and friendly. Getting to the front of the hotel from the strip is easy.

Overall this has been an extremely disappointing family trip that we have spent a lot of money on. I will be pursuing this further with the hotel. You may think the hotel looks promising but my advice is to avoid it. The ghosts of the Imperial Palace are still haunting the building.

Room Tip: Avoid wing 3, especially the lower floors!

OK...Start out saying I stayed here several time when it was The Imperial and The Quad and even then there many things they could improve on but, the price was right and the location could not be better. Now it has been remodeled and price has doubled and so have there issue. We arrived early and were very tired so checked in early. We explained our situation and still were charged $40 to check in early. Then the resort fee came up and asked her to explain it to me. She it's a charge to use the pool ,weight room, phone, internet, ect. I told her I would not be using any of those and will not be paying the resort fee. Her answer was if you do not pay the fee we can not stay there. SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We get a room overlooking the pool that's blast music so load the window shakes. We explain that checking in early so we could sleep, so much for that. We too had trouble with maid service ,one day the room was done ,the next just the beds made. After you shower if you hang up your towels they do not give you clean ones. The room are about 3 feet smaller because they took out the dresser and replaced it with 2 drawers on the side wall. One more thing then I will stop. I have been here for many years and when you valet park that section is always flooded, WHY.

Room Tip: Your money is good anywhere, spend it wisely

First time staying at The Linq. Rooms are very nice but slightly small, but you are not there to hang out in the room, just sleep and shower. Location is great. In minutes you can walk to a wide variety of casinos, shops, bars, and restaurants. Lots of action in the casino area, good music playing and nice decor. Been to Vegas 33 times and didn't have a problem with the Linq.

I enjoyed staying at the Linq and will do it again! The location is great. The beds were very comfortable. Not many restaurants, but all you can want within walking distance. Very courteous and helpful service from all Hotel and Casino Employees. Eleonor Cantu was a very helpful Host.
