Impressed with the newly renovations, cleanliness & friendly staff members, especially the Front counters.
The rooms have all been renovated & very clean. Very happy with the furniture arrangements.
The decors and carpeting were all new.

Over all bad experience for $125. for a week night. Bad from the start just to get to the parking, is a big mess with construction work going on. The room are so small that all air conditioning unit is right next to your bed, blowing right at you. Played for half an hour and I wasn't even offered a drink but I did loose $80

This was definitely the worst experience in my life. I've been traveling for over 20 years. I will keep it brief and bullet point each issue I had their in the 4 days.
-We had no internet connection in our room. So after we unpacked, we had to repack and move rooms.
-First day room never got cleaned my maids. We called them at 6 when we got back and complained, so they told me they would send someone over during our dinner we were about to go too.
-We got back to the room at 11pm, and the room still wasn't done.
-The next day after I called house cleaning and talked to the manager to ensure our room was cleaned...It was not again. Kid you not.
- On Monday we got working up at 6:45 by drilling. They were doing construction still at the hotel.
- They told me they will upgrade our room, and we moved, and the room was smaller then the one we had.
-The lines to check in/check out was always long due to lack of staff
I will never go back to this hotel again. it was one nightmare after another. Oh did I mention there was a fight on our floor at 3 am and woke everyone up, yup. Can't make this stuff up.

Room Tip: Don't book a room here. Seriously.

The Linq is the remodeled Imperial Palace/Quad. The remodel was nicely done - this is no longer your old dingy Imperial Palace. The rooms are nice for the price. The rooms are better than similarly priced places like Ballys (old rooms) and Flamingo (better than the Go rooms). Linq has a great location on the Strip, getting to and from the room from the parking garage is pretty easy and the Linq shopping area and remodel of the casino make this a fine place to stay without hesitation.

If you are looking for a luxury room, then pay more for Bellagio/Venetian but if you are trying to stay in a lower cost place, I now like this place better than Harrah's offerings at Flamingo/Bally's. The only criticisms are that the walls are on the thin side so while not a problem during our stay, noisy neighbors would be a problem, there is construction ongoing that begins during weekday mornings (though it did not disturb us). On the plus side, we appreciated the investment in visible hotel security and that they checked room keys at the elevators leading up to the rooms. Makes you feel more secure. Finally, I booked this under a Total Rewards package and there were some billing glitches at the end...otherwise, we liked the online/text messaging check-in/check-out system that the Linq uses.

We were impressed with the hotel, the service from the hotel staff and the casino floor, and we really enjoyed the restaurants. Being in the middle of the strip is another big plus. We would definitely stay there again!
