“Great Trendy Hotel -Rooms need to be better maintained”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 7, 2013

Great Suite But needs to be maintained & kept up.
Loved our 1 bedroom suite & the view but surprised the rooms were not taken care of. There were soda splatter stains on the ceiling of our bathroom. The bathroom sinks would not drain. There was a big chunk of wood out of the bedroom door. The drawer under the sink was leaking & wet our clothes that were in the drawer. We also had problems with housekeeping. We were woken up our 1st morning with banging on the door even though we had the do not disturb on the door. Housekeeping & maintenance told us no one was shown to be checked into this room. We spent time getting this straight with front desk. The 2nd day we were there we were locked out of our room because although we gave a credit card at check out they lost our information. Housekeeping did not clean tub or change sheets. We had to call down for bath products several times. We were there for 7 days & we were not given bath products every day. The balcony was not tended to at all during our stay. I feel a 5 star hotel suite like this deserves more attention to details & should be well maintained.

This new hotel on the strip has a great location, next to the bellagio, across from Paris and very centrally located. The decor is very modern, quite sleek. Wicked spoon buffets are top notch! Had dinner at Holsteins and the food was great. A bit pricey ($18 for a burger) but was very good and had fast service.

was a beautiful hotel I will agree. Waited 45 minutes just to get checked in to my room. The rooms are full of extra charges be aware. the staff was rude. When i called down to ask about extra pillows they might as well of just laughed because my call was disregarded. I was very disappointing to say the least.

I took my son here to celebrate his 21st birthday. We had drinks together in one of the hotel bars at midnight. Fun stay even if it was with mom. The balcony and bathroom are fantastic. The iced over pool as a skating rink, not so much. Way too small.

Beautiful hotel, greeted with attentive staff from the moment you arrive.
Room was clean, modern, had an excellent view with balcony, nice size bathroom. Lobby bar is a nice place to grab a drink. Hotel pools are nice- one for all day partying, a little louder and one a little more quiet. Very nice hip crowd, young and old. It’s definitely a hotel for discerning clientele but not too pretentious either.
The Wicked Spoon is a very good buffet restaurant- worth the $30-40. Go on an empty empty stomach so you can enjoy everything!
Very happy with my stay would go back, great for singles, couples, even families

Stayed for 5 nights on our honeymoon and hotel was perfect for us. Very modern with young people. Marquee nightclub was ace and staff were very friendly. There was a mix up with some show tickets between hotel and our virgin rep but they rectified this by offering complimentary tickets to another show and a free nights upgrade. We upgraded to Bellagio fountain view on 33rd floor which was well worth it. got complimentary breakfast in Wicked Spoon through virgin and you have never seen a buffet like it!! After walking around the other hotels definitely chose the best one and will be going back with my girlfriends!

Room Tip: Upgrade worth the money to see Bellagio fountains and chose higher floor for a good view

Chic and sexy are the words that come to mind when I first stepped into this hotel. The staff is accommodating and quick to help. The hotel is CLEAN! Very modern and up to date. Hotel security staff work hard to keep the place in order. The hotel sits in the middle of it all making access to shopping and restaurants easy. I highly recommend The Cosmopolitan. It is the place to stay when you want to play!!!
