Great view, beautiful room. Wouldnt want to stay anywhere else and couldnt for this price. Worth every penny for what you get. Its at the top of the Monte Carlo and I dont think too many people know it exists.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel32, which is based on the 32nd floor of the Monte Carlo Hotel. This beautiful boutique Hotel is a real find on the strip, allowing some time out from the very busy LV lifestyle. The location is central with taxis`s on hand or Limos if you prefer to take you around or the trams which travel from various hotels - all the ones that we travelled on were free. We booked Hotel32 last year, paying a deposit which we thought would have secured our rooms but a few days before departure from the UK, we were contacted to say that our rooms were not available so would we move to the floor below, which is part of the Monte Carlo hotel. We still were offered access to the Hotel 32 and we had the limo pick us up and return to the airport but this was not the point as we felt we had booked many months in advance for this to not happen. On arrival you have a VIP check in on the ground floor.. this has refreshments that you can help yourself to for the duration of your stay.. we found this information out for ourselves as the girl on check in did not go through any of this or offer any other information that may be helpful to us during our stay, she kept answering the telephone whilst mid conversation with us and really did not offer her attention to us, so not a good impression on arrival. The very kind man helped us to our room with our luggage and he was extremely helpful with tips about the hotel.. he should have been on the reception! We were taken to our room in the Monte Carlo and it was lovely.. fabulous view, very clean and very welcoming. We were then offered to stay back up in Hotel32 as the rooms had become available, personally I think they thought that we were a group of 6 girls which was not the case and once finding out that we were couples this changed the situation... my advice would be on booking to make sure you make it clear the reason for your stay and beds that you require. We moved up to the rooms in hotel32 and again were so pleased with the stunning rooms. I would like to state that we were offered a discount for the inconvenience, this was much appreciated. We had a lounge that is shared by the other guests but always seemed really calm and peaceful. Soft drinks, tea and coffee were always offered and different canapés were offered throughout the day. The food offered was amazing and not one item could be faulted, the very helpful, happy staff were always on hand to clear tables and help in any way. the front desk is there to help you arrange anything from a show, to booking a taxi to days out. this was not really made clear, so it was down to us to ask a lot of questions to find out what we were being offered until we met a member of staff called Joel...I can see now why he was employee of the year... nothing was too much trouble, very informative and actually wish he could be multiplied and put on all desks.. then this hotel would be a 5* for customer service. What`s great about this hotel is it doesn`t take too long to get to the pool, casino, shops and outdoors as the others are so large it can take 30 minutes just to see blue sky! The pool is very clean, good fun.. great when the DJ is playing, helpful staff to assist with drink orders.... one thing is you never have to look too far for a waitress, very nice to see happy smiles and nothing is too much trouble until you get into the pub off of the pool and BOOM... unhappy, unhelpful staff that really need a lesson from Joel!!! The casino is great fun, my first time which was slightly worrying as had no idea what to do but the very kind, happy man helped me through roulette and I even won a few times :) Would we visit it again YES and now knowing how to get the most out of this hotel, I think the 2nd stay would be very enjoyable.

Room Tip: number 56 was a great studio room, close to front desk and great view of the strip

My friends and I recently had a getaway to Vegas to celebrate a birthday. I was lucky enough to win a raffle for a 2 Night Stay in a Loft at Hotel 32; and it was great! When I checked in, I was informed that we were upgraded to one of the Penthouses and it did not disappoint. Penthouse 6 was absolutely beautiful and we all felt like royalty. The amenities of the room were top notch & the service we received from VIP Services and the Hotel32 Suite Assistants was stellar. The only thing wrong with our stay as that it wasn't long enough! I would highly recommend Hotel32!

Room Tip: I would bypass the standard rooms at the Monte Carlo. Maybe the suites are better but the DLUX Quee...

Hotel 32

My family was trying to decide between going on a cruise (which we have done before) or finding a new vacation spot that would give us a similar pampered experience to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.  We certainly got that experience with Hotel32 and its attentive staff!  For starters, the courtesy limousine pick up at the airport set the relaxing tone.  Once we arrived at the hotel, we were registered quickly (no line!) in the VIP room.  Hotel 32 guests have their own private elevators and the 32nd floor is only accessible using our room keys.  There was a concierge stationed right on the 32nd floor and that provided us with a sense of extra security.  Lounge 32, on the same floor, provided guests with twice daily complimentary snacks including mimosas in the morning!  Water and soft drinks were provided, also complimentary, throughout the day.  We chose the loft and it was very spacious - plenty of space for the four of us.  It was beautifully furnished with contemporary/modern furniture and equipped with high-tech technology that included several portable panels that controls the drapes, televisions, maid service, suite assistant, etc.  We were vacationing with two teenage children and the staff quickly wheeled in two roll-away beds (twin-sized mattresses).  The living room was big enough to accommodate the portable beds.  We all agreed that the best thing about our loft was the bathroom - pure relaxation!  The jetted tub had changing color lights (chromatherapy) and the huge separate shower stall also had chromatherapy plus several different shower heads!  My personal favorite was the Jura espresso machine in the room.   I did not go to Starbucks the entire week!  The turn-down service in the late afternoon / early evening was a nice touch.  The staff left chocolates, turned on low lighting, and ensured the bathroom had fresh linens.  We had trouble with music connectivity from our iPod to pipe music throughout the room's in-wall and ceiling speakers, but Joel (Suite Assistant) dispatched a technician and we resolved the problem within minutes.  Great service!  It was our first time in Las Vegas and staying at a nice place, such as Hotel 32, made the experience more enjoyable.  We are definitely returning!  I feel that the price of the loft was reasonable (for all the ammenties!) and we were treated like VIPs!  Just wanted to say thank you to the staff of Hotel 32.  They were superb, especially  Joel and Chelsea, who checked in on us often to ensure all was to our liking.  The 32 Lounge staff, Janette, Oscar and Armando always welcomed us with smiles, great conversation, and delicious snacks.  It was a most memorable and relaxed celebration.  Can't wait to go back!

This is the second time we stayed at Hotel32, this time we chose to stay in a suite (last time we experienced the Loft, which was also wonderful). Before we even got off the plane, I received a phone to let us know the limo driver was on the way. He met us at the baggage claim carousel and was whisking us off to the hotel in no time. This is one of my favorite amenities for this hotel--no long taxi lines! And on the day before March Madness begins, the lines were CRAZY.
We arrived, we welcomed, checked in, and made to feel completely at home immediately. I just love the service here--very friendly without being pretentious or stuffy. Every day the suite assistants asked if we needed anything, and were welcoming and friendly. Housekeeping and turndown service were flawless as well.
The suite is smaller than the loft, but still plenty big for two, with a nice layout, in my opinion. It was large enough to relax on the sofa and watch TV without feeling claustrophobic. Also the shower is AMAZING--and large enough for two. :)
We took advantage of the morning snacks and mimosas, as well as the evening fare, in the lounge. Of course, this isn't full dinner or anything, but lovely little appetizers and snacks. I love it. Also they have stocked bottled water and sodas in there--a godsend in the desert!
We will be back in 6 weeks, again in the Loft, to celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary. I can't wait to go back--this is definitely my favorite hotel in Vegas.

We had a free night at the Monte Carlo through MyVegas. We decided to upgrade and spend $100 to upgrade to a Studio at Hotel32.
The service from most staff was great. In particular, Mauricio and Joel. It's a shame the check in staff, up on the 32nd floor, weren't very welcoming or interested.
The room was just ok. It costs more than the basic suites at Palazzo and the Encore and is no where near as good. Having paid for a supposedly special hotel, there was an absence of the finer points, in particular toiletries.
There was a lounge with free drinks and snacks. Don't expect too much choice.
I'd recommend staying at the Encore. You get a lot more for your money.

My husband and I were celebrating our 7 year wedding anniversary/honeymoon at the Monte Carlo. The last night we were there we decided to upgrade up to Hotel32. By far the best room I have ever been in.

The shower was amazing and so was the bathtub. Our bed was so comfortable also. Everything was perfect, but the best part of out visit was Joel. He is awesome and we can't wait until we go back to Vegas! Our whole experience at The Monte Carlo was exceptional!
