We have just returned from a 6 night stay at the Mandarin. We are very familiar with the Mandarin chain in Asia and the Vegas property does not disappoint. Clean, modern rooms, excellent service, great strip views, large washrooms, etc. Better yet, got a very good deal on Expedia. Really liked the ability to play hard in Vegas at the casinos and then return each night to the oasis of calm that is the Mandarin. No drunken 20-somethings here. Location is in the center of everything. If you are tired of long check-in lines with millions of tourists roaming around (like the Wynn or Bellagio), then highly recommend the Mandarin. Only downside was our horrible experience at their signature restaurant, Twist. Eat elsewhere.
