We cannot even begin to explain how happy we are that we decided to get married at Cupids Wedding Chapel.

Everyone that attended our special day could not say enough about how truly fantastic, fun and relaxing the entire experience was. The Elvis wedding package with Eddie Powers was fabulous, Natalie the wedding planner was fabulous and the whole day went off without any fault....we especially loved our reverend!

To sit back, enjoy your wedding and have enough laughs to make your cheeks sore is what having a fun filled wedding with friends and family is all about.

Thank you Cupids Wedding Chapel! Our wedding day & reception was beyond spectacular!

I booked and paid a US $750 deposit for a July 2009 wedding about twelve months ago.  Being from Australia, we wanted to make sure we'd booked the chapel we wanted, and have ample time to arrange the reception - also to be held at Cupids.I should have known better when even the initial contact with Cupids was difficult.  They have a skype number - which they never answer.  There is no email address on their website.  I eventually had to pay a premium and ring them directly.  I was put through to our wedding co-ordinator, Kathy, who sounded like she had lost interest and passion in people's weddings and I found myself feeling guilty for asking even basic questions. When I rang back for Kathy another time, I spoke to a very rude man who sounded in his 50s and was very condescending and spoke to me as though I was a child. Finally, I got some basic email confirmations from Kathy - who never uses her last name in correspondence.  Putting these issues down to my imagination, I then waited about 10 months to make contact again with Kathy.  I sent her an email in March asking pretty basic questions - I'm a pretty laid back person - but I think most people organising a wedding would like to know things like how much does the DJ cost, and what time will the limo pick us up.I got a reply saying she'd reply later - but I never got a reply.  I then emailed her late April, still giving her the benefit of the doubt, and still have got nothing to this day.  By huge contrast, I organised an entire wedding in 48 hours with another company (message me if you'd like their name).  They were friendly, committed and passionate.  Everything is organised down to what the middle layer of our three-tiered cake will be made out of - and its icing.  That's the kind of service and attention we got from this other mob.  Plus they were just so nice, they made me feel really special.  Kathy only ever made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Please learn from my experience and avoid Cupids!  If you want a quick wedding from a dime-a-dozen chapel, Cupids will do (just) - but if you are inviting guests from interstate or overseas and having a medium-sized reception - you'd be wasting your time.  I did my homework and found out that Cupids makes so much money from the quick ceremonies that it is, evidently, too much of a hassle to bother with people organising larger weddings.

We were married at Cupid's and got what we wanted. the only sour note on the experience was the location and the lying of the photography sales lady. She tried to rush us to a decision on our package(which worked on my new mother-in-law) by telling us she was going to see Dinah Shore and needed us to decide. Since we were married in 2004 my wife and I just gave a knowing eye to each other and stood by our plan. My mother-in-law grabbed the offer under pressure. We made fun of her the rest of the trip. So that was worth it. But be careful of the business practices.

If you want a lavish spot with ambiance and trappings, Cupid's is NOT the place for you. Have your wedding at one of the hotel chapels if a dream wedding is your goal. If you want the true Vegas wedding experience, complete with Elvis, phony stained glass and tacky silk flowers, Cupid's will do nicely.

We were married there on October 5, 2007. I called and made the arrangements on the Sunday before the ceremony, and even though there was little advance notice, they put the wheels in motion and had everything ready for when we arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful, they took care of all of the arrangements for our Elvis and our limo from our hotel on The Strip (for a fee, of course!) and our Vegas wedding was every bit as tacky as we were hoping it would be. We loved it, and would recommend it to others.

We Were Married 9/8/2007 and it was absolutely Beautiful, From The Time we walked in the Door we were treated with Respect . I had looked at the Cupid site and was one of those people who wanted it all and thought i Could get it CHEAPER.... WRONG the Other place ( I will leave them nameless) had everything that I could think of Wrong , I immediately went with my first choice which was Cupid's (they say stick with your 1st instinct always) , I was immediately taken care of . OUR FAMILIES enjoyed watching The Live Internet Feed of the Ceremony , having It done in such a Tasteful Way.. we are Still getting phone calls . This place is dignified and not too expensive , i have already mentioned it to all my freinds
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING OUR WEDDING DAY MEMORABLE
