We had a Wedding Vow renewal, after being married for 40 years. We chose Graceland Chapel, as we are both Elvis fans. After booking everything online, all queries were answered promply, by Francee, and she was most helpful. After checking in at the hotel, we gave Francee a call, with our room number, and she told us the limo driver, would give us a call approx, 1 hour before the ceromony. We had a call from our limo driver, Robert, right on time. We arrived at the Chapel, and everything was organised so precisely. From beginning to end, everything worked out fine. The Elvis we had, was just so nice, and he did his job 110%.He was called Jeff. He made us feel so at ease, and everyone present said what a fun time they had. The Photographer was Lance, took 74 pictures, and they was online the next day, even though we didn't see them, until a week later, when we arrived back in England. We have chosen the pictures that we want, and can't wait for them to arrive. I would recommend Graceland Chapel, to anyone, whether for a wedding or for a renewal. As all the people who work there, and who are involved with the weddings, are just fantastic, from booking, until now. We renewed our vows on August 9th. and they made it a most memorable occasion, which we will never forget. Everyone who has seen the DVD, has really enjoyed watching it, and felt they wished they could have joined us in Las Vegas. I will add some pictures when they arrive. We got married Aug 4 at Graceland chapel. I would consider it the perfect wedding for us. Everyone was fantastic, especially Elvis and the limo driver Jack who went out of his way for us and was fun & friendly. If you are doing a Vegas wedding Graceland Chapel is a MUST! Thank you Graceland for giving us a perfect wedding day! We had a blast!

We got remarried, yes remarried on July 18, 2009 at sunset. All i can say from our experience with Graceland is that this place is a well oiled operation! Absolutely no stresses were put upon us from beginning to end - the only way to go. From the booking to arriving back at our hotel after the service, you couldn't ask for anything better. All we had to do was get the wedding license and call the chapel once we checked into our hotel to advise them of our hotel room number (for the limo driver)

The office staff was superb from responding to some of my emails to advising me the day after the service that they had accidently input incorrect information on their visa machine and that my deposit was not reflected and a credit would be applied to my credit card. (the credit showed up within 1-2 business days)

We purchased 2 extra bouquets in addition to 3 extra boutinneres so that our children and their boyfriends, who all stood up for us.

As mentioned from several other reviews, the limo driver calls your hotel room 1 hour before the service to let you know he will be at front of hotel 1/2 hour before service. Indeed he was there 1/2 hour before and the air conditionning was flowing along with the elvis music. The car held 6 and we ordered a 2nd limo for the balance of the wedding party and invitees.

We arrived approximately 15 minutes early to take care of business (pay), take some pics outside in the gazebo, mini reception area and in front of the chapel. The service was perfect with Elvis walking the bride down the aisle, bringing smiles and laughter to everyone in attendance. 3 songs (shorter version i believe) were sang and the Graceland photographer took approx. 75 pictures (you cannot take your own pics inside the chapel) The best picture was with everyone in attendance and Elvis bent down in the middle. Our pics outside at sunset also were gorgeous with the lit up Graceland sign in the background.

The guests were asked to step outside into the mini reception area while the photographer took "couples" pictures in front of stained glass window etc. etc. and with Elvis in a few. I should have asked for more black and white photos as they appear to have turned out very well. The photographer gave us all the instructions to log into his website to view and order pics and sure enough they were available to view within a day.

The limo driver gave us time after the service to more pictures outside with our cameras and than we all were back in the limo along with the Elvis music and returning to the hotel for our dinner out with family and friends. (the $35 tip recommended by Graceland for the limo driver is worth it - the ambiance of a cab with little air and no music just doesn't cut it)

I would do this again in a heartbeat and would recommend Graceland Chapel anytime.
Again, no stresses and the price is the way to go, save your money for the honeymoon, house etc. We also gave our friends 6 months notice so they could share in our day.

We got married at graceland chapel the 26 of May of 2009.The only reason why I choose this chapel after a lot that I looked was the reviews.That is why I have to say that we had the best time.Everybody in the staff was very nice.Before, during, and after.And I have to say that I am very intens with everything that I do.I could drive anybody nuts.The guy who drove our limo was extrmely on time,calling,picking and driving us there and back.Very ,very nice.Elvis was amaizing and it was all a dreame come true.
