“Great Stay!!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 4, 2013 via mobile

This was the best place that we have stayed while we where are in US!! This hotel has everything that you could want!! Casino was great! Shopping was fantastic, shows where great as well. It was easy to get from one end of the strip to the other as the we could catch the monorail!! This hotel is in the middle of the strip! Such a great stay. Room was clean and we had a great view!!

Recently stayed here for 6 nights being in town for business trade show.

Room - stayed in "red room" Bed was great with plenty of pillows. Room super clean as well as bathroom it was super clean and towels were nice as well. Furniture overall in room was okay - showing signs of wear - but it is Vegas with a lot of people in and out.. Last thing about room - tv was nice, however every day we had reception issues and staff didn't seem to care.

Casino - very nice with fair service from wait staff / bartenders.

Dining - plenty of places here....nothing stood out and in fact buffet was HORRIBLE - food quality was low, temperatures were low as well - I like my food hot - not cold. Servers here were HORRIBLE as well not showing too much interest in helping anyone the night we were in..

Meeting rooms - excellent and comfortable

Overall decor / feel of hotel / casino - French themed, thought it would be cool - but in the end felt worn and more like going to a themed street in an amusement park

Overall Staff - Just fair at best. Many seemed overwhelmed or tired. Even the girls dancing on the casino tables were not that exciting and just seemed to go through the motions.

Cleanliness - Rooms were excellent, casino as well.. However we noticed in multiple areas a build up of dust - one area was where we sat while having some pizza.....

PRICING - I chose the Paris as it was our seminar home base - and when checking into rooms on rates - I was told that I did not need to book with group and tell them when I check in which group I was with and resort fees would be waived -Well I was LIED to and they refused to remove these fees - saying I had to use group booking - which was totally different than what I was told. So we paid an extra $120 in fees..

Dining - Realizing its Las Vegas - but seriously stupid pricing all over including the Paris-- buffet for two - $69 Coffee and danish in morning $11 BEST deal was a slice of pizza, soda and chips $6.99 --- Pizza place seemed to have constant traffic...... wonder why....

Hotel fees - room rates were ok at best - not too over priced - BUT here is an IMPORTANT tip - Stay in Red Room or better - THEIR staff directed me this way as these rooms are the ones that have been updated in past several years - other rooms may be 15 plus yrs old......

Would I stay here again? If it was free - yes... On my dollar NO.... There are too many places to choose from in Las Vegas and for an extra $20-$200 a week you can stay at a nicer place or something modern and similar........

Just remember - Las Vegas is there for a reason - the casinos are not making millions by giving it away and the hotels, dining, bars, etc. all follow suit ---- Be smart, do your research and enjoy......

Will I go back to Las Vegas - Definitely! Just not the Paris....

First time to vegas so i got the hotel recommendation from a co-worker who had stayed. Great location-center of strip. We tried the upgrade trick-didn't work, but she did let us check in early without charging the fee. The room was spacious but could use updating. I loved the ground level ambiance-it was designed like a Paris street and it was charming. We ate at La Brassiere Burger for a quick bite-pricey (but what isn't in Vegas?) The Paris burger was delish-brie and carmelized onions. We had a late lunch in the Eiffel Tower restaurant for our anniversary. Good, but no need to eat there again. It was expensive and just as good as any fancy restaurant at home. The Eiffel Tower ride was fun and even if you are scared of heights like me, do it. But go early-around dusk. The line got looong around 9pm. We were able to not only get on the ride with mo line, but the elevator operator took several pictures of us on my camera with different angles of the casino/"paris skyline" in the background. Overall, very happy with service and the hotel.

Paris is a very nice hotel located in the center Strip area. Easy walking distance to Caesars, Bellagio, and Flamingo. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool area is very nice with attentive staff. A few more trees for shade would have been nice. Lots of eating options, as you would expect in a large Vegas hotel. Easy check out from the room.

Room Tip: You'll pay extra for a strip view room, so you have to decide if it's worth it.

Green Features: Typical for a large hotel. They will only replace your towels when left on the floor or in the tub.

Paris probably deserves a 3 ½, but since that rating wasn't available, I rounded up. Overall Paris is a decent low-mid priced Las Vegas Strip hotel. For this trip, I stayed one night in a “Red Room Luxury;” which while adequate, was not exactly what I’d consider luxurious. For a better depiction, please see my attached photos.

As for the hotel overall, here’s my pros/cons list:

Pros:

 Top notch location across from Bellagio, between Planet Hollywood and Bally’s. This is about as mid strip as it gets.
 The Parisian décor of the lobby/ common areas is kind of cool. Dated, but cool.
 Lots of restaurant choices from high end (Gordon Ramsey Steak), very good mid-level (Mon Ami Gabi), to decent fast casual sandwich/ pizza spots
 Two center of the action casino bars
 Can be very aggressive with rates, and is a definite step up from hotels such as Bally’s, Flamingo, or Monte Carlo
 The casino has a nice open feel to it, which makes it a nice place to hang out
 Chateau, Paris’ nightclub, has one of the top patios on the strip – go just to check out the view, even if you’re not staying at the hotel

Cons:

 Though my room had a minibar, it wasn't stocked (see pictures). It seems recently they have moved minibar items to a “quick serve” selection in room service, with room service prices/ surcharges (plus the lack of instant gratification)
 The beds are so-so, and in a king size Paris only provides 3 pillows with white “change after every guest” sheets, the other pillows are brown throws (which typically don’t get cleaned too often, and DEFINITELY not after each guest). To put it bluntly, I don’t like this.
 Service is hit or miss. While all the bartenders I encountered were great, the front desk agents were more interested in talking about each other’s nails than checking me in, and my waiter at Gordon Ramsey Steak was a bit tough to find.
 The towels in the bathroom are paper thin, and they only provide you with two bath sized ones at a time. If two people are sharing a room, that isn't nearly enough for both to shower.

In sum, frequent Vegas visitors who've stayed other places will not be wowed, nor will they be deeply disappointed in their choice if staying at Paris. That said, rates for various hotels change daily, so if you can snatch a deal at Caesars for within $20 of what Paris is charging, I’d go for it.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights in June, we loved it very much, we had the red room, it had a decent view. The hotel waived our resort fee, they said because we are from overseas which was excellent value, we also got free continental breakfast. I really liked this hotel, the room was nice and clean, it had all the necessities like fridge, coffee machine, in-room safe, which we did not get when we also stayed at the Luxor (would not recommend the Luxor to anyone, stay away from it, it was terrible. Anyway, I would highly recommend Paris to anyone and it is a great value for the quality and the location of the hotel. The pool is excellent and large, but not too deep, with a great view of the Eiffel tower and the hotel. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Las Vegas.

Room Tip: Red Room definitely, better if you can afford it, also great if you can get the front view with the...

Had booked a room in advance but was really surprised to get a view of the strip and fountains which i didn't pay extra for or ask for. Hotel room really huge and clean and cleaned everyday for a super high standard. And a nice surprise is that there was even a coffee machine in the room so free coffee every day which is unusual for american hotels. This was also replenished every day. The Hotel is located center strip so no long walks to the major attractions. Staff there always pleasant plus amazing waitress service in the casino.
