“Comfy, Great Location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 27, 2012

Though the rooms seem a little smaller than next door's Bally's, Paris is definitely a cut above, comfy, classy, featuring a beautiful casino and dining areas, and other attractions. I enjoyed the free valet parking, and walks to shopping at the Planet Hollywood Mall, or across the street to view the Bellagio Fountains; it's a beautiful area of the strip at night with lots of bustle and things to see and do without the need for a taxi. The buffet is one of the best, but pricey with long lines - that's Vegas I guess. Nice casino, but a friendlier vibe exists next door at Bally's or up the block at the old IP. Like other Cesar's properties, showing a little wear, peeling wallpaper for example. Overall, I had a nice stay.

Room Tip: View rooms offer great views of the tower.

This is my first time staying in Paris. I've stayed at older hotels like Flamingo so I didn't expect too much. It was your average hotel room with a great sized bathroom with separate tub and shower. I stayed here with friends, the beds weren't too friendly on my back because I am used to more firm mattresses but we were only in our hotel to sleep and nothing else so we didnt mind! The staff were great, we called up maintenance and housekeeping for help and extra items and they were very fast to respond. I would definitely stay at Paris again! It was a great location for what we paid. We also got a "no view" room, but we had a great view of the Cosmopolitian so I wondered if they made a mistake. Only thing I don't like is that there's no wifi and we had to go to the cafe downstairs. Most hotels have free wifi!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Paris for 2 nights and it was great. We originally booked a queen suite but upgraded to a king and soon found ourselves in a massive room with comfy beds and chairs and a magnificent bathroom with sizable spa. The room wasn't ridiculously plush or luxurious but it suited our needs after some long days and nights exploring the nearby shopping and casinos. The hotel's pool was impressive with afternoon happy hour cocktails and the replica Eiffel Tower literally towering above us. The hotel/casino's attempts at imitating parts of the real Paris don't result in too much cheesiness and overall it's a pleasant place to stay. We'd definitely return if there weren't so many other casinos that we'd like to stay at on our next visit to Vegas!

Room Tip: If you've got some cash to splash, get a room upgrade!

I stayed at the Paris hotel from Dec 1st through December 6th for a medical conference. The common areas are nice. But, the room was a complete disappointment. The carpet was worn and stained. The paint was chipped. The bed skirt and part of the bedspread were stained. It was something I would have expected at a $35 motor inn. I called the desk, informed them of the situation was told, "All the rooms are similar. I can give you another room if you come down here, but it might be the same or you may be less happy with it." The refused an upgrade, even after I offered to pay extra, saying they were completely sold out of upgraded rooms. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I recently came back from a long weekend in Vegas and my 75 year old mum and I stayed at the Paris. What a great hotel! The newly renovated rooms are great, offer an interesting view (#3066 has a partial view of the Bellagio fountain show) and are very clean as well as quiet (you need peace and quiet after a day in Vegas- let alone 3!).

The staff is extremely courteous, restaurants are great! As a suggestion, sink your teeth in the oh-so-tender filet mignon at Mon Ami Gabi for dinner or savour a breakfast at their concession restaurant "The Sugar Factory" which consists of two little waffles topped with fresh strawberries, bananas, pure vanilla ice cream, a dob of whip cream and their renown chocolate sauce - a delight for the eyes and mouth!

My mum and I thought the deal at the 31st lounge would be great for the price ($50 per day for two people which includes a continental breakfast and a light snack and drinks cocktail hour in the evening). It wasn't. Same food (gets tiring after a couple of days) and they have a T.V. with CNN on ALL THE TIME... not my idea of spending a "French 5 à 7" unfortunately...

The casino, well is just like any other casino (except maybe the Bellagios which appears a little "higher" class- but then again, the Bellagio itself is more high class in everyway). I am not much a player and did not go to Vegas to play but rather to visit the many sights such as the hotels. Unfortunately, every hotel you visit gets you in through either their casino or their shopping mall (not much of a shopper either). That is a real pain! Especially when all casinos are filled with smokers! Yuk!

One thing is for sure, 3 days is just not enough to see all that Vegas has to offer! In our short time, we were lucky enough to catch a show. Vegas' longest running show "Jubilee" at the Bally's. A classis Vegas-style show with girls and boys dressed in dazzling costumes mixed with a couple of circus numbers between the 50-or-so staff's numerous costume and set changes. A wonderful evening! Well worth the half-priced tickets we got (half price coupons are given for free by the Paris when you check in).

There is no doubt that I would stay at the Paris again. It's very central (super important as you do alot of walking if when you wish to visit other hotels!), clean, and it offers all the right amenities.

One warning: elevators on the strip (that get from one side of the street to another) are used as urinals by drunken visitors. Beware of the pungeant smell when entering one. If you don't have to- use the escalators outside!

Room Tip: Room 3066 has a partial view of the Bellagio fountains and is super quiet (away from the elevators t...

The most smoking rooms don't provide coffee maker even required. Have to change rooms twice in the first day. Only wifi can be found in the cafe downstairs. The service level is really bad when we asked for a coffee maker in room.

We stayed at Paris as part of a convention. It isn't the best or worst hotel in this town. For the price it was excellent. I love grand hotels and this one delivered in most ways. Service was excellent in the casinos and stores. The exterior structure is impressive and the character of the retail and restaurant areas is well done. The rooms were decorated well, but felt a little worn.

If you want a well located, fun hotel this us probably your place. If you want the lap of luxury go across the street to the Bellagio.
