“This is not your typical Vegas Buffet ... A South End Suprise.”
Take a trip to the south end of Las Vegas Blvd to the M Resort. Not only is this a fine resort, you will find an excellent dining experience. Studio B is the buffet at the M. The decor is bright and it is always busy. The food is some of the best in Vegas. This is also a locals place to go. That will tell you it has to be good. From the fresh made salads to the cedar plank grilled fish it has some thing to please even the picky eater. The food is made fresh in smaller portions to ensure the quality. The staff is great and always there to help. The chefs also walk the area and talk to the folks. The Exec chef stopped my our table and asked what he could improve on or make different. He took notes and was very professional. The restaurant supervisor was checking tables and making corrections. The service staff and chefs take their jobs and service very serious a true sign of top professionals. As for the food, fresh, full of flavor and plentiful. I have dined at many Vegas buffets. Got to try them and see what it is like and whats different. Studio B is a real different place. The food and diverse varieties will surprise you. Also, Beer and wine are included with your meal. Good wine and quality beers on tap. They also have a root beer on tap, you gotta try it if you like Root Beer, this is great stuff.
I will put this place up against the Bellagio Buffet any time. Go early. They have specials on certain dates and Club Card discounts. The line can get long, but it is well worth the wait. Also know this is NOT your 9 dollar buffet. It is a bit more expensive. I say well worth the extra cost for the great food and service. Always remember, every one has an off day. Talk to the chef and floor supervisors if you find something amiss. They will listen and correct it if they can. Have fun there the staff are great folks. They also make a great cappuccino or latte, ( also included ). Don't forget to tip the staff if your service is top notch, I know you don' have to, but it is always a kind thing to do and well appreciated by the staff. Do not miss the surprise of the South end of the Strip and the M Resort.
