Excellent! Ah! I've found a great Italian place off the strip!
Don't go through the casino entrance, like I did. It's smoky and you'll walk around for ten minutes looking for a sign for the restaurant. There isn't one. I finally asked a cocktail waitress. She said I should have gone through the hotel entrance and showed me how to get there.
Once there I was seated immediately. I ordered a shrimp cocktail, five nice large shrimp for $10, and the pappardelle pasta with bolognese sauce. The plate of pasta would have fed two people and it was excellent. I have been to Italy and Sicily and this would easily meet their standards. The pasta had to be freshly made!
I didn't have any wine but looked at their wine list, very nice!
Can't wait to return!
