While I am glad to hear that you were satisfied with our location and price, I am dismayed to hear that you experienced some difficulties while staying here. In regards to your A/C unit, if you notify our staff that your A/C is either not working properly or is too loud, they would be more than happy to send maintenance to the room right away to rectify the matter or, if insufficient, to move you to a more satisfactory room. As far as not receiving maid service, sometimes the maids will not enter a room (DND on the door, door locked from the inside, etc) but there is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to bring you anything you might be lacking in your room.

I apologize if your stay with us was less than super but I hope this does not deter you from staying here in the future as I feel that the Super 8 can be a wonderful place to stay while in Las Vegas. We pride ourselves in continuously striving for the best customer service and I hope you give us another opportunity to serve you.
