Owner description: SWEETours has been specializing in tours since 2000. We started with one 15 passenger van and only 300 customers the first year. In 2012 we took more the 42,000 customers to the Grand Canyon South Rim, Grand Canyon West Rim, Hoover Dam, Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. We are the number one bus tour company for many main Casinos and Hotels in Las Vegas.SWEETours wants to be known for GREAT customer service. We believe in high quality of service more than capturing the market share. We take care of our customers, one customer at a time. We will pick you up at your hotel of choice and return you after your tour to your hotel. On many of our tours we provide a nice healthy breakfast (such as, a banana, 2 muffins, a granola bar and premium Tropicana Orange Juice) and lunch on certain tours (Check with your agent). Our tour guides are very qualified, our coaches have high-back comfortable seating, air-conditioning, and DVD players and our prices are affordable.

“Grand Canyon West Rim & Billy the Kid”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 5, 2014

I chose Sweetours because of the reviews here on trip advisor, and I'd say they were all accurate.

Billy was right on time to pick me up at The Mirage. The tour bus was clean and comfortable. Juice, snacks, and all the water you could ever drink was provided.

Billy is an excellent bus driver, and very informative, friendly, and detail oriented. He also played back along our trip some videos about Hoover Dam, the Grand Canyon, and Las Vegas to fill in the time on some of the empty strips of desert road.

It also rained the day I went on the tour and Sweetours thought ahead and had plastic rain covers available to purchase for $1, which I'm glad they did!

The tour leaves Vegas and heads out through Henderson, through Hover Dam, over the new bypass bridge and into the West rim of the canyon.

The tour goes through Joshua Tree park on the way there on the brand new paved road.

The tour bus drops you off at the west rim airport terminal and from there you have three hours to take a shuttle bus around to three different sites. Lunch is provided as well at your choice of one of the three sites.

Overall the tour takes about 11 hours round trip and is well worth the time and money.

I would definitely do another tour and I hope Billy is back next summer for another tour season.

“awesome bus”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 5, 2014

we had an amazing time on the day trip to the grand canoyon west rim stopping at the hoover dam on the way. The bus operator whose name escapes me was very good at keeping everyone entertained on the long journey to and from the canyon as well as very informative and funny. The hoover dam wasa nice place to see on the way and deff something to be seen but it is all about the gran canyon. place itself was breath taking, just the most beautiful of places and words nor photos can do it justice until you are there and can see it in all it's glory. If you have not been to the grand canyon before then i strongly suggest you go as i believe it is a place everyone should go atleast once in there life time.

“They took us to Hoover Dam”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 5, 2014

The driver was hilarious! He was very knowledgeable and was very entertaining. They gave us umbrellas and ice cold water for our tour of the Dam. We felt special because we were the only ones prepared for the heat. Everyone was asking where we got our brellys from....Driver said tell them you are VIP...haha

“Hoover Dam & Grand Canyon”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2014

Only good things to say about SWEETours, we were picked up on time in the morning with no wait time. Our tour guide "Awesome" Anthony as he referred to himself lol lived up to his name. He provided us with information on all the places we went through and delivered with a nice comedic touch with made the trip go by quickly while giving us some interesting facts along the way. Would definitely recommend anyone to use Sweetours.

“Billy the kid”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2014

I have just gotten back from the most amazing trip ever. Billy was fantastic. Full of information, a good laugh and very easy to talk to. The only thing that made the trip better was the stunning views of the Grand Cannon and that I got dropped off right outside my hotel front door. Who would have thought you could get a coach in some of these places but Billy did. I would definitely recommend and use again.
