“The View is Worth It!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 16, 2014

19 Kitchen was our last night out, after a 6 state road trip, and it was a beautiful and romantic way for my husband and I to end our vacation. The view was spectacular - we timed our reservation to watch the sunset over the lake and mountains. Our server patiently allowed us to enjoy our drinks and watch the sunset, before taking our order. He then made some great recommendations. I had the seafood pasta and my husband had the steak. Both dishes were fresh and delicious! I recommend skipping dessert, and grabbing a sweet treat out on the street.

Be warned - 19 Kitchen is expensive! Our meal for 2 (with tip) was over $150, but as the title says, the view was worth it.

“Excellent Service & Stunning Views”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2014

Had dinner over Memorial Day Weekend (2014) at the 19 Kitchen and was absolutely impressed with the fantastic service and spectacular views. I believe the open for dinner at 5:30pm so, verify or plan accordingly as we were the first to arrive that evening and Thankfully so because it filled up rather quickly and you want to get a window seat if at all possible! Again, Great Service, Good Food and Spectacular Views! Great Job and cant wait to go back. High Recommendation for the Rib-Eye which was seasoned/cooked to perfection!

“Wonderful view, Great food and stellar service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 17, 2014

What a lovely place this is. We've lived in the area since the mid 80's and didn't know that Harvey's Casino had such a wonderful restaurant. We just came on a hunch and it really paid off. Yes, it is a bit spendy but truly worth it. I had a baked Halibut dish that was fresh and out of this world. My wife enjoyed a risotto dish with pan seared scallops. The menu also included steaks and some pasta. Our service was good, the waiter friendly, and everything was timely. The real deal is to come at sunset. I doubt if there is a better view of Lake Tahoe anywhere else. Truly outstanding.

“Great view.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed March 31, 2014

We used to come here when it was Llewellen's and it was wonderful every time. We decided to try 19 Kitchen again after being disappointed last time we were there. Still disappointed. Ordered a Caesar salad and got lettuce bibs with some sort of dressing and blue cheese sprinkled all over it. Blue cheese? On a Caesar? Everything we ordered was very mediocre and way too expensive. Wouldn't mind the high prices if the food was good. The only thing good about this place is the view and the nice, quiet atmosphere.

“Sunset and appetizers!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 10, 2014

Beautiful view and pretty good service. Best spinach artichoke shrimp dip and shrimp scampi flatbread pizza! Wanting to stay an extra couple of days because they are closed on Sunday and Monday and I want more! Go early for a comfy place to watch the amazing sunset and enjoy an adult beverage!
