“A surprise for this price!!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 27, 2013

Over the years we have stayed at different hotels in Jackpot and the experiences were not that great. When passing through, we saw the sign at Four Jacks advertising rooms for $35.00 for seniors. We have not had a room for that price in 10 years. When we asked the clerk to see a room, she said they do not do that anymore. Anyways, we took a chance and booked a room. What can you expect for $35.00. The room had new carpet (looked like a month old or less), new paint and wallpaper and overall was very clean. Best of all there was no smell of smoke and the bed was reasonably comfortable. On the negative side, our TV was old and the picture had lost some of it's colour. Overall a very pleasant surprise and yes we will be back.

Jackpot was on the way to another destination so ended up staying twice in 8 days. Staff very friendly, rooms both clean and fully equiped, great rate for seniors at $35 plus tax. If you eat in the cafe and fill out a survey they give you back $5 however even with the cash back you are better off dining at one of the other places. Would stay at this motel again if in the area. Didn't gamble so can not rate slots.

We spent one night at the Four Jacks just passing through on a road trip. We were pleasantly surprised at the room price (although we didn't get it as low as the billboard advertised). The room was clean and comfortable, and food in the restaurant was plentiful and good. The best part of our stay was our evening at the casino bar being entertained by our bartenders, Shawn and Chris. They were so pleasant, lively, and fun! The poker machines gave fair play for the money, and we again were surprised that they offered nickel poker at the bar. It was a great evening, and we would definitely return, should we be in the area again.

We always stay at the Four Jacks. The same family has owned and operated the hotel since the early 80's. It is not the biggest and fanciest, but the rooms are clean, nice, and the people are great. We will always stay there.

My husband and I were going to a concert in Jackpot and booked a room 3 months in advance at Four Jacks due to it was the only place that still had vacancy. The person I spoke with couldn't tell me the exact cost of the room just saying it would be either $49 or $59. We had another couple ahead of us at check in that was charged $49 but when it was out turn the girl said $59. I questioned if we were getting a bigger room than the previous couple and was told no some people got charged the lower rate and some the higher but since I overheard the couple ahead she would give us the lower price.(The only good point of this). We went to the room after the concert and it was just bad. The air conditioner was working but the top was all broken out, 3 of the 6 lights in the ceiling fan were burned out, the shower would only give scalding hot water or ice cold because every time the knob was turned to the middle the water completely went off. The bedspread had a brown smear stain on it so anyone's guess on what that was. The bed was over firm as were the pillows. If you just want to pass out drunk and don't care this is the place but otherwise take the 1/2 drive and stay in Twin Falls.

Room Tip: Go somewhere else

This is our 2nd time staying here and it was just as good as last time. They still have great Prime Rib for dinner, and great breakfasts for a reasonable price. The service is great and the staff is very friendly, partly because they aren't a huge casino. The slots pay off better than at other casinos, but they don't offer Blackjack. We will stay here again. The only complaint was the bed wasn't as comfortable as last time so we had a hard time getting a good night's sleep. Other than that they are still our favorite place to stay in Jackpot.

Room Tip: We weren't offered a choice of rooms.

At the end of a long drive across Idaho, we ended up in Jackpot, Nevada. After driving past the few hotels there we decided on the Four Jacks. It has a small casino there and if you eat in their resturant, which we did, they give you $5.00 cash to keep or gamble with. We got a fairly nice room with a beautiful jacuzzi tube and the price was $37.80 including taxes,WOW! what a bargain. I challenge anyone to find a room with a jacuzzi tub for twice the price. The desk clerk was also the bartender who was very nice and friendly. I think we picked the place to stay if you are ever in Jackpot.

Room Tip: I don't remember the room number and was told by the desk clerk/bartender that not all of the ja...
