After driving 6 hours to get here, I was greeted with a horrible valet. He was likely having a bad day and was extremely rude. I didn't know where to leave my car while I checked in. I was trying to make things easier for him by moving my car to the side and out of the way. He got annoyed because I was supposed to give him my keys and have HIM do it etc. I didn't know this. Was my first visit. When I came out from checking in I asked him if there was a bellman available to grab my luggage. He yelled saying that's why I should have just let him handle my car in the beginning. My car was only 10 feet away. Didn't get it. So so rude. When I finally got up to my room I simply called the manager to let him know about the exchange. I thought he might want to know. The manager said sorry and I never heard from anyone. I think in the hospitailty business you would at least go out of your way to demonstrate that you do take guest complaints seriously. Oh well. I'll never know.
