“Beautiful”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 week ago

Beautiful hotel with very nice rooms. There was a bit of a walk to the wing we stayed in, but I sure didn't mind walking through the courtyard, with a view of a beautiful pool and view of the mountains. The layout got some getting used to (was a little confusing), but the has everything you could need - variety of dining areas, casino, pool, spa. There was even shopping and other restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only complaint I had was that I wish there were more times that the shuttle would run to the airport and to the strip.

We stayed here a couple of night swallows visiting family. Upon arrival the bell staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a bit of a walk to our room in the East Wing but the property is beautiful and very enjoyable the pool area was wonderful and relaxing although we did not go swimming because it was cold out. We enjoyed our time here at this hotel the rooms were very comfortable and very will be together with plenty of room the bathrooms were also very nice would stay here again all staff was very helpful and friendly. This property does charge a $25 per night resort fee and they hold a deposit of $100 per night just good to know

My wife and I stayed here two nights 12-9&10-14. We parked on level two, took the elevator to the 4th. floor for the casino and came in the casino's north entrance. We had to ask people gambling where to find the registration as we didn't see any signs. We ended up doing a huge loop around the inside and finally found an elevator to take down to the bottom floor and had to walk through numerous corners and long halls to just get to the registration. Nothing but a huge maze!! I've never seen such a badly laid out casino in my life! We went to check in and our room was not ready. First time ever to have that happen! The East tower was closed down due to renovations which they should have told us upon calling for the reservation. They said we could get a room there if we wanted to climb stairs. My wife is a bit handicapped and she doesn't do stairs, let alone walk long distances. We asked how long for our room, they had no idea!!! We sat for over an hour and my wife asked again, still not ready! She finally went up and thanks to a manager who over saw the gal we had been dealing with, gave us a room on the second floor. Had it not been for the manager, who knows how long we would have had to wait. After a long maze walk and elevators again, we finally found our room. The room was very nice, (best part of our stay) Only complaint I had, was a filthy vent above the toilet. I had to go move the car to level 4 to make it easier for my wife to get to it. Long maze walks to go eat and try and find our way from our room to the casino. Just way to big of a place. Would not stay here again! Not a handicapped accommodating place to stay.

Room Tip: not sure? They have horrible hotel fees of almost $28.00 per night for wifi, newspaper etc.

I was at this property due to a training meeting was being held at this property. It is about 10 minutes from the Airport, and also from the Strip. The hotel does have free shuttle service from the Airport to the hotel, and also from the Hotel to Mandalay Bay hotel, but only certain times of the day. If coming into airport on a late flight, will have to take a taxi, or Supershuttle. Property was clean, rooms were of decent size, buffet was reasonable priced. Casino was a decent size, but smaller than those on the strip. I was told that locals pay visit to this hotel to gamble versus the strip. If you are looking for a hotel away from the strip, but with the option to visit it for the day, This is a good property to stay at. Hotel does have free WiFi basic service which is about 1MG up and down. They do have higher speeds for a fee. However at times, if you are connected to the internet, it disconnects from there server while you are surfing for some unknown reason

Have family in Henderson so this is a great hotel. Love that you can walk from hotel to the District where there are shops, bars and places to eat. We booked in advance but daughter got a better rate for identical room on the day. Its a long walk from reception to East Block but room was spacious, two excellent Queen beds, large bathroom, plenty sockets and large TV. Excellent value for rate we got. Starbucks is just downstairs in the casino so easy to get coffee/ breakfast snacks. Wish we had been here in warmer months because pool is superb. Casino looks a little tired but we were not here to gamble. Best things about this hotel - beds - so comfortable, pool fabulous, quiet (at least while we were there), car valet - good service and quick.

On down side you might find lack of personal touch but we like to be on our own without anyone fussing. This is one of my favorite places in Vegas. Rates like all Vegas hotel vary hugely so watch out for a bargain

Whenever in Las Vegas we like to make a trip out to Green Valley, their side bets on the BJ tables are different and exciting. The dealers are always pleasant and willing to help you if needed. The odds are slightly better than on the strip. Most casinos on the strip are now paying only 6to5 for BJ, Green Valley still pays out at 3to2.

Room Tip: We've never stayed there so I can't comment on the hotel rooms.

Absolutely horrific customer service! I booked a hotel for my family of 4 at this location. When I arrived with my family of four, I was nonchalantly told, 'we don't have the room'- 'we only have a single room' one king bed- for four! Then the manager came out and said- "we can't do anything about it". Yes, kids sleeping on floor- hotel staff could care less-alternate hotels are booked- we are stuck- $225 a night for what?? Yes, the floor! Unbelievable!! Just say no if it is at all possible.

Room Tip: Pick a different hotel!
