We visited Bratalian during Las Vegas restaurant week which includes a variety or options on a prix fixe menu. The place mats on the table are the regular menu and it was easy to see that our meals cost somewhat less than they would ala carte. In addition the restaurant donated $4 for each meal to the food bank.
Shorlty after being seated we received a basket of excellent Italian bread and oil and vinegar dip. My wife and I each had a salad which we enjoyed. Mine was arugula with pears, candied walnuts and slices of parmesan cheese. My entree was chicken piccata- very tasty with abundant lemon sauce and sauteed spinach and mashed potatoes. My wife had a breaded chicken entree. Both entrees were quite large but neither of us left any food on the plate. For dessert I had a delicious profiterole with 2 scoops of ice cream and my wife had a ricotta cheesecake.
Service was attentive throughout. Water glasses were refilled quickly and empty plates were removed without sitting for a while. The meal was quite enjoyable and this is definitely a restaurant to try. Prices are moderate compared to places on the strip. The only negative is that the chairs are quite hard and uncomfortable.
