“Very Clean and Reasonable Meeting Location!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 9, 2013

I recently rented out the Boardroom to conduct two small business meetings and was very impressed with the cleanliness, customer service and value that the hotel provided! This is a newer looking hotel that has a great location right off of the 215 freeway! i will definetely use this hotel again! Ask for Julia, the Sales Manager!

Room Tip: Ask for Julia.

This hotel had everything there - large lobby and rooms and pleasant decor. What we found lacking was cleanliness and professionalism. The first thing we noticed in our hallway was the dirty carpet littered with candy wrappers, paper and tissue that was never picked up. This continued in our room with lint, crumbs and nail clippings (yuck!) on our carpet. The room was a sweltering 82 when we entered, we turned down the air conditioning and left. We returned to find it even warmer and realized it was not working. The desk said maintenence would be there in 10 minutes, it took over 30. When turning down the bed at night, we saw there was no bottom sheet- dressed, down to the desk, strip and remake the bed. The breakfast was the busiest we have ever encountered, no tables, and people standing and eating. The attendant could not keep up but would have to be superhuman to do so. When checking out, we recounted these problems to the clerk who apologized but also chuckled throughout our explanation. Perhaps it was a nervous reaction, perhaps he is a jolly person, but that is not the professional response people would expect.

This is the only place to stay whaen going to Vegas. The best rooms. The BEST employees. They were so helpful, they made my stay more then comfortable. My whole family (5) loved this location. They had accomodated my every request. The staff ,WOW, was excellent!! Miles and Tori both went above and beyond our request. I had the nicest room. Check in was quick and easy. All the staff was so friendly. We stayed at 3 different Springhill suites on this trip and I wish that all of them would have been set to the standard of the Henderson NV Springhill. the other stays were a 1 out of 5 stars but this one is a 10!!

Room Tip: There is not a bad spot in this hotel. I loved the corner rooms most

Paper thin walls and fragile furnishings reminded me of living in an RV. Frequented by sports teams. If travelling as a couple without kids in tow this is not a great pick.

The upside was the the staff was very helpful. Location is reasonable but certainly no where close to the strip. Breakfast was very crowded. Food was good before it ran out.

We were trying to book a Saturday night in Las Vegas when there were 3 basketball tournaments in town and it was St. Patricks Day - also we're cheap and didn't want to pay major money for a place just to sleep, and the town was sold out. The last room at the Fairfield on Dean Martin went while we were trying to book it. We found this place just outside of Las Vegas at a much cheaper rate than the hotels on or near the strip. We paid $84.15 (senior rate) for a king room. It's only about 10 minutes from the south end of the strip - easy off and on the freeway - and is located in a nice area. The hotel itself is about a block away from the freeway so no freeway traffic noise. It's Marriott quality all the way - clean, nicely furnished, friendly staff, comfy beds. SpringHill Suites seem to have the same lighting in their bathrooms across the brand. It has a full wall mirror, then a circular mirror in the middle of it set out a few inches with the light behind the round mirror. It's not enough light for me. I like light ON my face, but they had a full length mirror near the window so I used that - not a problem. The breakfast was very nice and had all the cereal, bagels, yogurt, do-it-yourself-waffles, muffins, juices, milk, coffee etc that you see at places like Fairfield Inns, but they also had scrambled eggs and sausage patties which were very tasty. The dining area was large so everyone could easily find a place to sit (while we were there). I thought it was a nice place to stay, and the 10 minute drive was worth the savings in the price. The only problem we had was that they have only one luggage carrier. When we were ready to check out it wasn't available so my husband and I had to make two trips to carry all our stuff to the car. We would stay here again.

Had our first stay at Springhill Suites and really are pleased. Great overall! Large rooms with compfy beds, two flat screens and many extras. I think someone asked what would you really like in a hotel and all the answers were used in this concept.

He also had an early checkin and they found us a room with no fuss. Breakfast was good with enough choices and with two elevators for four floors the wait was short. Small indoor pool, if you want bigger outdoor you are welcome at the pool just a short walk away at the Townplace suites, which we also stayed at.

If you book early enough at Marriott website you can get a great rate, even better if pay in advance. Lower weekend rates, but they fill up fast. If you see a rate under $90 reserve it quick cause it won't get any better than that.

Didn't miss the traffic jams, the crowds or the hustle to find parking up and down crowded parkades. Food at nearby Casinos was easily up to strip standard and at significantly lowers cost. The Springhill Suites was clean and comfortable, great value for money and we felt no pressure to gamble more than we'd like to which often happens when you're "comped" at the Casinos on the strip. Great value of money, we had a wonderful time. Try it, you'll like it.
