This is my second stay at this hotel. I have been impressed with the friendly staff, clean room and yummy breakfast. I would recommend it for business and family travelers. From what I have seen of other hotels in Columbus, this is by far the best.

My extended family (3 families) has stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Columbus for the last 6 Fourth of July holidays. This hotel has been consistently exceptional in it's hospitality, customer service and maintenance.

The hotel is one of the cleanest hotels that I have stayed in. Although the hotel is now 7 years old, one can notice that it is well maintained.

The breakfast buffet is fresh and offers many choices. The breakfast area is comfortable and nicely appointed - it is welcoming to guests to sit and watch tv or relax with family/friends at any time of day.

The hotel has a small business office that I have used - although the Internet is not as fast as at home it does get the job done.

The beds are very comfortable and the rooms have a microwave and a refrigerator.

I would recommend the hotel to all visitors.
