We stayed here in the Bannock Room (room 6). This room was fantastic. We peeked in most of the other rooms during our 3 day stay and we decided we had the best room :-). We had a wood burning fireplace, ceiling fan (there is no a/c), 2 person jetted tub, and a balcony overlooking the moose (East). The other balcony (North) did have better views but we enjoyed that view from the hot tub on the pool deck. The staff were wonderful and all you had to do was ask if you needed anything. Breakfasts were unreal, they feed you like you are a working cowboy (i.e. more food than I can eat). You can request just about anything and they'll do it. For example, asked for ham one morning with the eggs, asked for half an omelet instead of full size, asked for half the french toast another morning (two slices instead of four). The cook made the best biscuits I have ever had, they were super tender. An FYI about the cabins, they did add a piece of privacy fence between the cabins so the hot tubs should be a little more private then what I read in last years reviews. The Bar N is very quiet, this is not a place to go for the nightlife; it fit our style beautifully because we are up early (7 am) had breakfast at 8 am, and was in the park by 9 am. After hiking/sightseeing in Yellowstone we were probably asleep by 9/10 pm. They had a beautiful great room/living room with 3 fireplaces but as I said we were out cold early. They also have a computer for your use in the great room but we used the wireless in our room. Hope to return because we didn't get to see enough of Yellowstone in our 4 days.
