“Had a great time”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 27, 2013

Stayed for 3 nights. Convenient for seeing all of Yellowstone- walking distance to supermarketthat opens at 7 am. Small but has all you need. Even in May we used the electric fireplaces to heat the rooms as nightitme temps dropped and had ice on the car windshield. Has free wifi and DirectTV so we could check the very changeable weather. Comfy double size beds- bathroom is tiny but towels surprisingly soft and provided hairdryer and nice soaps and shampoos. Only downside was a coffeemaker with no filters and a toaster that had seen better days. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Having a complete though tiny kitchen (think one person at a time) was terrific for making breakfast, packed lunches and having a cold ale at the end of the day. The cabin was spotless - highly recommend this over the motel rooms that are the norm in West Yellowstone.

Room Tip: Asl for the cabin furthest from the street to minimize noise (think its the bear cabin)

We stayed one night at the Moose Creek Inn just outside the west entrance to Yellowstone. The room rates were good considering the area where rates and prices tend to be inflated. Our room was clean and well furnished with a comfortable bed. The shower was small, but I enjoyed the shower spray and pressure more here than at most other hotels. The towels and wash cloths were good quality and not cheap thin ones. The wi-fi worked good, and it was free. The free breakfast was pretty meager and limited, so we ate out for breakfast. If I ever get back to West Yellowstone, I would probable stay here again.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We are glad you found your room to be clean and comfortable. In an effort to keep our rates reasonable, we do not offer a breakfast. There are many choices for breakfast within close proximity to our property. We hope you enjoyed your visit to Yellowstone!

We stayed 3 nights at the end of April in the cabins.
We loved the atmosphere.
The staff is very kind and helpfull. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The park is very closed; we're planning to come back next year.

We went in April, west yellowstone was very quiet. The owners are very kind. They prepared warm breakfast snacks every morning. Whenever you walk in, they would stop and greet you. The cabin is made of wood, clean and comfortable. The TV has all the channels we wanted. You can park right in front of the cabin, very convenient. Highly recommended.

We have stayed in the cabins 3 or 4 times and in the cabin style room this February 2013. We usually stay in the 2 room cabins but we were trying to save a little $$ this year. We love the home-like atmosphere as opposed to the traditional hotel room. The cabins and rooms are very clean and well furnished. As long as we can afford to travel, we will be back. Dan and Brenna are super hosts.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable about town and park. Room clean. Room had plenty of storage and counter space. Not ultra modern, but very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Easy entry into park.

We stayed here in February 2013 for two nights. It was clean, fairly quiet, and had a nice atmosphere. Considering it was among the lowest price options we could find at the time, it was a terrific bargain! We stayed in one of the cabin-esque rooms. The free wifi was decent. SpeedTest.net showed it at about 1.5mbps, which isn't blazing fast, but it's fast enough to watch some streaming video on youtube, etc. I've rarely had free wifi at a hotel any better.

The office is around the corner at the Moose Creek Hotel (vs the "cabins"), but it's a quick jaunt, and you can go between through the alley. We missed their breakfast, but it sounded pretty basic - coffee & muffins.

The staff was friendly & helpful, everything was clean and maintained. I'll probably look to stay there again!
