“Great bar”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 15, 2013

Good food. Nice staff who turned the basketball game in for us, without sound, as there was a nice jazz guitar duo playing.

“Loved the look. Disappointed in the dinner.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 1, 2013

The historical items in the Pub (and the Jack Daniels pool table) are fun to look at and the live musicians were wonderful. Unfortunately, the food and service left a lot to be desired. With only one other table of guests, it was several minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence, and then it was to tell me that Jon, who would be my waiter, "had stepped out." When he returned he acted like taking my order was a big inconvenience. The Cornish Pasty that I ordered was swimming in a cup of tasteless gravy, ugh. During this trip I also had the fish and chips at the Pub and they were delicious.

that the hotel commands a high dollar, the service was slim, because the bar tender must have went on a break and the waitres

Was beer batter, greasy,, and bad. The remainder of the party had steaks that you

“Poor presentation, service without attitude please”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 27, 2012 via mobile

11 dollar dish shoved into a soup bowl fr takeout. I don't expect the moon on takeout, but at least attempt to make it look appealing.
Upon questioning the server, I was pretty much blown off. Way to impress the locals pub!
