What a great place! It was nice to not help support a corporate motel too! People are very friendly, room was clean, breakfast was good and being on the end of town it was quiet. We plan to stay here again next year! Thanks!

Owners / managers are very personable, very accommodating, were helpful for wash cloths for bikes. Would recommend location to anyone.

Me and my step sister are previous employee's at the Inn. We worked there for about a month and within the first week we discovered how rude the owners were there. They are very racist and have something bad to say about every guest and employee that comes through there. When we were just learning how to do the job if we screwed up once we got chewed out for it. Just yesterday we were having major family issues to where we couldnt come into work, we were just waiting to get chewed out for it. The next morning we went into work and we were talking about giving our two weeks notice because we could not stand being treated poorly and all the disrespect and the rude people. Well the bosses found out that we were going to quit, John the owner came upstairs to the room we were in and fired us. He then followed us down the hallway harassing us and being very rude towards us. He kept repeating that we were done and that we needed to get out. My step sister who is 15 said ok we understand u dont have to keep telling us. He kept following us down the hallway and said "this is my fricken place and i can say what ever the frick i want". I am 17 and i turned to my step sister and said that i wish he would stop talking he then told us to "shut the hell up". Me and my step sister then walked down stairs and there were guests in the lobby that had heard the whole thing and he still continued to scream at us. They are very rude and disrespectful and a 60+ y.o. man has no right telling two underage teenage girls to shut the hell up. If u have a choice go any where else that u possibly can to enjoy your stay in Red Lodge!

Well first things first, we were never told to book our room over the phone, we were with a wedding party and were charged FULL PRICE!! spoke with many people over the phone before our stay trying to fix the price and were told it was taken care of when we got there we were told that the people who we spoke to on the phone didnt work there. SO THEY LIED TO US!!! the breakfast SUCKS!!! the waffle maker is so old it dosent make waffles, and that is the only hot food they have. the rooms when you walk in are small, the bath room was half pink, and you couldnt even see the tv from the beds but it was up on the wall so you couldnt move it. the only GREAT thing was the pool, and hot tubs.

Room Tip: pick a diffrent hotel.

Clean room, decent mini-breakfast (could use more bagels), and friendly staff. Only complaint I have would be to have better bathroom hand and wash towels. The ones I had were very discolored, thin, and quite worn. Close to a convinence store, right across from a great drive-in, and within walking distance of downtown. Been staying there for years now and will probably continue.

The property is "ok". While our room was clean, everything is outdated and when we turned on the a/c, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We asked for a rollaway and it came with sawdust covering it and a ripped, moth-eaten blanket. Thankfully, we had our own extra blankets. The mattresses are about 5" thick, uncomfortable and seemed pretty old. Since I booked online, I prepaid for my room. Upon arrival, I was told I had a balance due of $17. After showing my receipt and asking why I owed the money, they said it was the "internet" that messes things up and after some back and forth, agreed to refund $7 ($10 was kept for the rollaway). Breakfast is a joke - they were out of coffee before 8am and the only options for food were a yogurt, a waffle or toast. The pool area looked very clean, although we didn't use it. The walls and ceilings are thin, so you can hear when others are showering or talking very loudly. I would probably choose to stay elsewhere next time unless my budget ABSOLUTELY could not handle it.

The overall look of this property is a little outdated, but it was clean, the staff was friendly, and it's a good price for the area. We didn't use the pool or hot tub area, but it also was very clean and well-kept. We will definitely use this property for our next overnight in Red Lodge.
