Located on the shore of beautiful Flathead Lake in Montana, a few miles off the centre of Polson, this is a beautiful hotel in a great location. We arrived on a Sunday, there were a lot of family parties (and we presume that the family parties are just replaced by company parties and/or seminars and conventions during the weekdays). It was very busy in the aisles and in the large ballrooms but, to be fair, we did not suffer any inconvenience within the rooms. Nevertheless, the service at the reception desk was a little bit substandard.
We had reserved two rooms with lake view but one of the two was not available and we had to accept a regular room. It was a pity because the lake view from the (very small) individual balcony was really enjoyable.
Restaurant is just OK...
Very difficult to spot the Flathead Indians who are supposed to run this (overall well kept) hotel!
