I could not have been more pleased with this B&B. The Inn is perched high on a hill less than a mile from Plains and has good views of the surrounding mountains. It has a large covered veranda with a western exposure for late afternoon sun and sunsets. Our room had a very comfy king-size bed with quality linens. The room also had a private bath, bathrobes, satellite TV with DVD, a rocking chair, and a writing desk. The whole house was very clean. A huge, hot breakfast was provided by the very friendly owner, Dorothy. I ate to bursting and there was still plenty of leftovers. Dorothy and her daughter, Teresa, offered suggestions on restaurants and activities in the area. We used the inn as a base for biking the Hiawatha Trail (great trail, easy biking) and it is only two hours from Glacier N.P. Unbelievably, rooms here go for only $75/night. An incredible value. Thanks, Dorothy, for two peaceful nights.
