One of the reviews called this "Real Montana", and I can truly agree. I stayed "on the ranch" at this bed and breakfast for nearly 8 weeks, primarily for business, and I was truly satisfied. I started off in the Extended Stay Suites, where I inhaled smoke on a regular basis, thanks to my next door neighbor and a poor ventilation system. Coming to V Lazy B was absolutely refreshing. It was quiet and very clean. I stayed in the "Bunk Room", which is an apartment in the barn (which by the way smelled very good--no odors at all!), and it was nice because it gave a little more privacy. The rooms in the home are equally beautiful and Ron and Teri did a beautiful job building this home. They have a great porch that we would sit on at night and listen to the animals. You could hear coyotes howl for a short period of time at night, and that was really amazing. The neighbors are turkeys (literally)--that walk in the back yard or along the roadside, and there are quite a few deer. They have great proximity if you want to drive to Red Lodge and the Beartooth Pass, and they are closer to Yellowstone than Billings. Ron and Teri are also really great folks with big hearts, who are always trying to make sure that you are happy with your accomodations. They are a great resource to recommend things to do in the area, and they are also fun to "hang out with". They have 2 cats and 2 horses on the premises, which makes it nice if you are an animal lover like I am. I highly recommend this property, and I will be back.
