We were looking for someplace modest yet clean for ourselves and parents. We got a room just across from the pool, (24 hours for adults, daytime and early evening hours for children with adults,) and my folks stayed on the east side of the third floor. While there was no noise in our room, there was a bit of road noise in theirs. There appeared to be no road noise in some friends' rooms on the west side of the hotel.

The staff was friendly and professional, the rooms clean, and the beds were comfortable. The WiFi worked well and parking was adequate.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The only hiccup was the bill. Upon checkout it appeared that we were charged more than our reservation quoted. As without my confirmation I was unprepared to dispute the difference, I called from home after the stay. A hotel staff member promptly refunded the difference, citing computer problems associated with a rate change after my reservation had been made.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. This is where we would stay on our visit to Missoula.

Hampton Inns are almost always a great place to stay and the Hampton Inn Missoula was no exception. I like being able to count on certain things at each property, including the free breakfast (the reviewer below said there was a fee but Hampton Inn always includes their breakfast bar for free). The hotel was in a good location, close to a convention center and only about 5-10 mins from other places such as shops, restaurants, offices, etc. It's a few miles from the airport, too. The property was clean with a very friendly staff and the rate was reasonable.

Good value and quality as usual for a Hampton Inn with the added surprise of a very nice indoor pool. Clean and efficient rooms with a nice included brekfast.
