“Great food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 30, 2013

First off, Riverside Grill is a pretty cool building...old brick building that used to be office of large lumber mill east of Missoula at the Bonner Exit off I-90. Good hearty food; try the Matador if you like Mexican, or the salmon sandwich is darn tasty. Not the usual fast food, and a neat taste of local history.

“Try the Spinach Beet Salad”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 18, 2013

Passing through town, we stopped in this place for a meal grown locally. Loved the salad - also had walnuts on it that had a smoky bacon-y taste to them. Delicious! We both had burgers - I tried the Carrot Burger even though I am not vegetarian I really enjoyed it. Husband was pleased with the Angus Burger. They were out of several items but I guess this is to be expected with a late dinner and local food.

“Excellent food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 4, 2013

I don't know why this place doesn't get more press on this site. The food is great. I had the bison brisket which was lean and soft and succulent at the same time. The mash that came with it was excellent as well. My wife raves about their green lentil salad and is now making something similar at home. If you go here, make sure to review it here, because it certainly deserves to be one of the top restaurants in this town. It's big city quality food at reasonable prices.

We did get take-out and the service for the counter was great.

“Different but delicious”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 25, 2013 via mobile

Ok here we go...traveling west to home we stopped here because of previous reviews and they were spot on.
Husband had the burger. Mom had the pastrami. And I had the pork mortadella. Yummy all the way around. Todays soups, kale and potatoe and turkey chili. Chili out shined. Good good good.
One thing the bread they used for all the dishes was awesome.
Good job all. Now I need a reason to go east. Hum. Let me think...Country Jam. Ok
