“Nice property”

Older property but it is well maintained I see there are currently upgrading areas and renovating. rooms were very nice and clean comfortable beds and the restaurant was good.
Pool is nice
a good value for the money for that area

We are happy to hear that your experience was a pleasant one while staying with us.

We do hope that you were able to enjoy our continental breakfast during your stay! We are now under new management and are currently in the middle of some big renovations. Some of which include new carpeting, freshly painted walls, and a new roof which was severely damaged from the last storm season.

The overall hotel appearance is tired and dirty. We were really surprised as we expected much more from Best Western. Carpets in the halls were stained. The room was dirty - sheets had stains, spit spattered on the sink, faucet, and countertop, hair on toilet rim. The tub didn't look much cleaner. I went back to the desk and checked out immediately, explaining it was too dirty for us to stay there. I asked about several open wiring boxes in the halls on second floor and the desk clerk said they were from the smoke detectors. The desk clerk was pleasant about everything and gave me a 0 balance due check out sheet.

We are pleased to inform you that we are under new management and will be working on some large renovations to improve our property! some of those things include new carpeting, freshly painted walls, renovated guest rooms, and a new roof which was severely damaged by the last storm season causing further damage to the walls and carpeting.

Our staff members do an exceptional job at accommodating each of our guests, so I am happy to hear they were able to help you with your check out.

Hotel was FILTHY and smelly. When we arrived at 1:30 the desk clerk smacking her gum says in a snotty manner....well aren't you a little early. She indicated our room was not ready and to come back after 3:00 pm when it would be. We did not get back until 5:00 .....the room was still not ready. She did give us a key and at least got to get our luggage up. The elevator was soooooo dirty and smelled so strong of motor oil that it actually made me gag. The sign out front should read worst western. We have stayed at this hotel under other management and it was pleasant and clean.

We are pleased to inform you that we are under new management and and are undergoing some major renovations for the near future. Some of those things include new carpeting, renovated rooms, freshly painted walls, and a new roof which was severely damaged during the last storm season causing major internal damage to our walls and carpeting. We hope that knowing we are working to improve our property, you will be encouraged to return to our new property once it is finished and, once again, share your feedback. Normally we hear great things about our staff, so it is unusual to hear that they were not friendlier to you and for that I must apologize!

The hotel staff were unfriendly and un helpful. We stood in lobby for at least five minutes- Twice staff were outside smoking when people were waiting for the front desk help. Although the location is nice the service and staff make this hotel a hotel we will never stay at again.

The rooms were clean the beds were comfortable. Didn't get to use the pool. Breakfast was ok. Wish it was a little closer to Yellowstone but you couldn't beat the price. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area and helpful.

We stayed at this hotel after leaving Yellowstone and our family of 4 found that it was very comfortable and clean. We loved that it had a parking garage (if you get there early enough to get a spot) and the kids loved the pool. The hotel staff was very friendly and this hotel had a wonderful breakfast. This was one of the best night's sleep I had our whole vacation!

Our parking garage is a big plus for our guests, especially during the storm season. We are happy that your children were able to swim in our pool as well and that you enjoyed the many hot and cold options for breakfast. Our staff is well known to be helpful and friendly. We have stayed at this motel in years past and found it to be excellent. This time it seemed noisy and somewhat unclean to us. We were not happy, and will not stay there again. And it was expensive also.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for not making your recent stay a more pleasant one.

We are under new management and are currently in the process of renovating our property. Some of the things currently undergoing this renovation include a new roof which was damaged by recent storms causing internal damage to painted walls and carpets, both of which are also being worked on with new paint and replaced carpet. Our cleaning staff is small, but expanding, which makes cleaning each room difficult, however, training each housekeeper properly will remedy this issue.

We would like to thank you for taking time to give us a bit of feedback regarding your recent stay, as it allows us the opportunity to improve in areas needing attention. Again, we would like to apologize for the inconveniences, but we hope you will return once we complete our large renovations at the property!
