After drivivg most of the day from Waterton Natl Park and 1/2 of the road to the sun, we were ready for the pool & hot tub to unwind. Unfortunately, it's not ready. We were not advised of this before registration, nor were we offered any discount to make up for the lack of advertised facilities. Otherwise, nice rooms, very clean, good breakfast. Two negatives--a young boys baseball team was staying there, and they slammed doors and made a lot of noise until nearly midnight. It would have been nice to have the hotel staff quiet them down by late evening. When I went to check out after breakfast the next morning, the clerk was looking at the computer. She didn't say anything(I'll be with in a moment) to even acknowledge that a guest was standing right in front of her. I finally walked away, and went back to the room to finish packing. I left a comment card for management that they need to train the staff to be more customer friendly. Otherwise, nice facility in a field behind a Lowes store, and not overly convenient to either Whitefish or Kalispell. I'd recommend a facilty closer to either one.
