“Very good for low cost hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 21, 2014

Yes, we did have trouble with our key as others have stated, but the desk staff came to our room and let us in which worked fine. The room was adequate and clean, good beds, nice shower, mid size fridge and internet were all good. The breakfast was better than I expected so we were very pleased with that. Would stay here again on a trip through Kalispell. We used a Rewards night here, but this also seemed like a very good option in a high $$$ hotel area.

Room Tip: Door keys can be an issue.

Room was clean. Nothing fancy. Continental breakfast was yogurt, bagels, mini donuts, cereal, fruit, coffee, juice... Enough that you could have a quick bite and get on the road. Desk clerk was very nice and she brought me extra pillows. Provided us with information for our trip to Glacier National Park and the road Going to the Sun.

The courteous desk clerk can not make up for the dismal condition of the room. Out of the shower, feet were FILTHY from walking on the carpet, and every surface seemed to be sticky and had to be wiped down. The price is right, but as always, you get what you pay for.

While my wife and I were in Kalispell this past weekend we stayed here for one night. The staff were very friendly and eager to answer any questions we had about where to eat etc.
The room although very clean was very dated and in disrepair. Lamps had light bulbs that did not work and although we were told every room had a hair dryer ours didn't. They did however supply us with one to use. The beds here are well used and if two sleep in one bed you will find that you both end up in the middle so we were happy there were two queen beds in our room.

Room Tip: Ask the front desk if you can view the room before you pay.

Every single staff member we met was amazing. Spacious clean rooms, good price, decent breakfast, laid back friendly atmosphere. Every staff member we met was great some stood out more then most and we are now making Kalispell home! Some of them that stood out were our first greeting was Ashley and she made our dark day brighter, Nicole was extremely helpful EVERY chance we got, Nikki (the housekeeper) made sure we were well taken care of every day, Chris steered me toward my job, and last but definitely not least, Dave the manager went above and beyond and truly made us feel welcome!!! Thank you to all the staff for helping feel like we had finally found the city we call home, by making us feel more like friends and family then just a costumer.
