The first time I had Bullman's pizza was at the fair a couple years ago, and even there they didn't manage to mess it up. Doing wood-fired pizza out of a truck can't be easy, so that was impressive, and they continue to impress every time I go to their restaurant. They have unique specialty pizzas that have far more flavour than the big pizza chains, and a better texture in my opinion. They're thin, crispy, and a bit on the dry side. This is what wood-fired pizza is, and it may not be to everyone's taste. If you like a thick, moist, chewy crust more than you care about flavour, this is not the place to go for pizza. I love the taste however, and they manage to make their pizzas to perfection consistently. If this is the type of pizza you're looking, it doesn't get better. The price, however, is a bit high, thus why I'm knocking off one star - it feels like you pay for a bit more than you get.
